The manager really saved our experience. He was incredibly nice and understanding. My husband and I's issue was with the food and waitress. My "lasagna" was essentially pasta with meat sauce poured on top and covered in cheese to hide the fact that it was NOT lasagna. My husband ordered the fra diavolo. It was dry and bland. So as you can see not so great food experience. Then the service of our waitress was a disaster. We ordered a bottle of wine and she struggled to open it. We didn't mind - wine openers can be finicky. It's when she proceeded to comment on our price of the wine after we tasted it. She said "Well it's only x dollars". We wanted salad forks and she said all of the forks were the same. And then when I did complain about my lasagna she argued with me. I point blank asked her "Has any lasagna you've ever eaten looked like this?" We went back and forth before I finally said "Let me speak to the manager".

We had been looking at cars all day. My husband wanted to eat somewhere. We ended up at Lucianos. They were extremely inviting and we felt extremely underdressed. We actually said so and they seated us. Their bread is homemade and the sun-dried tomato sauce to dip the bread in, was wonderful. Our waiter was very personable and answered all our questions. Our drinks and food came in a timely fashion. That was the best Italian meal I've had in long time. Next time I'll dress accordingly.

Service was great! Filet was cooked to perfection! Mashed potatoes were very tasty! Green beans were excellent, and green beans aren't my favorite vegetable. Price was reasonable but it was Restaurant Week. Would definitely go back!

Over cooked veal parm, 7:30 reservations meant 8pm seating and the server was inexperienced to say the least. With all of the amazing Italian restaurants in Charlotte, I hope that Luciano's steps up their game. Unfortunately we will not be back to experience it.

Got the shrimp scampi with mushroom risotto. Shrimp not cleaned appropriately (some legs, shell left on some, gritty texture from not being cleaned/washed). Service staff was understaffed so did not keep table served with water or drinks. F.

Amazing food, wonderful service!! Had a group of 11 with 3 birthdays and everyone loved the food and the experience. Would highly recommend for any occasion!

They were out of several things on the menu which our server listed. When we went to order we were also told that they were out of pizza dough. We would not have stayed had they of listed that initially. The food took a long time to come and then 2 of our 4 items were wrong and had to be made again. Lastly, our bill was wrong because the server entered in the wrong food which was why it came out wrong. I would not visit this restaurant again. We paid an over priced meal for the food quality and service we received. Management did not even offer to make things right which shows they do not care about the customer. The manager was involved because we brought out second round of food to our table and he had to log in to fix the bill. Very disappointing!

Amazing food. Bread sticks were amazing, and came with a sweet tomato sauce. Mushroom ravioli was savory and came with a a good amount of homemade Alfredo. Funghi pizza was amazing and tasted even better dipped in both the sweet tomato sauce and the Alfredo sauce. Service was very good, atmosphere was pleasant and not too upscale. Overall a great experience.
