Luc Lac Kitchen

This was recommended to me multiple times while visiting Portland. They also serve food later than other restaurant. The scene there is very cool. Loud, neat decode, really nice staff and an interesting form of service that seems to work very well. You walk in, order and pay first. Then you are seated. I got my seat and food very quickly. I ordered the Cream Cheese Wontons and the Curry with Noodles level 2 spicy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The one bad thing about Luc Lac is the wait (line). Get here when there's no line or a really short one and it's great! Good food, decent prices, chill ambiance.

Thai tea isn’t good. Pho is good overall but much better places for a more authentic taste. Good prices, open late ✅

Often located by the line stringing down the block, this place is popular because the food is good and the service format is fast. Instead of telling you how long the wait is, when you get to the person just inside the door they want to know what you'd like to order, and you pay. Then they tell you what table you are assigned. You grab your own water, silverware and napkins, and head for your table where your order could already be on the way. Enjoy your food and head out without having to wait for a server to take your bill and bring a receipt and so on. Very efficient. Oh yeah and I did say the food is good, but a few details: delicately flavored salads and entrees, yummy pork rolls. Not really traditional Vietnamese as I know it but perhaps better.

This is the first place my girlfriends and I went to after arriving in Portland. Delicious Vietnamese food at nearly midnight? YES PLEASE. All the dishes we tried were delicious. The drinks were lackluster. You order at the counter and they give you a number. They’ll call your number when you’re ready to be seated. Utensils, hot sauce and water are all self-serve.

One of the best Phö I've had. Great atmosphere and well organized.

Easily my favorite restaurant. I make it a point to come here at least 3 times a week. It's that good. PHOk yes

Came here to have Dinner with Friends. This place really held up on my expectations. I have driven past several times. Finally decided to come with Friends an try it. Really good food there is a lot to chose from. The service was superb as well. The Restaurant is beautiful as well. An I felt like a Celebrity from the way out Waitress was treating Us. I enjoyed Meal an so did my Friends. I had to write a review! I even went again today for Lunch lol. If you ever get a chance definitely try this place. I hope you have the same experience my Friends and I had as well!

Perfect, & service was really fast! They were playing 90s r&b/hip hop, which was a nice change!

Oh the line and the cold and the people. All are a sign of great food. We like the happy hour options and enjoy the fair portions. Well definitely will come back for the shaking beef next time.

My favorite Vietnamese place in town. The line is always long if you catch them during the busy hours as they are first come first serve but It is always worth it. The atmosphere is very comfortable and I love the parasails hanging from the ceiling. Also their take out is packaged and prepared so well that it is always pleasant to bring home and throw together yourself. On top of it all the prices are excellent as well!

I come whenever I am in Portland. The outside looks very hipster and probably not get good but it is soooooo good. Last time I ordered the combo vermicelli and it's spectacular. All meats were nicely grilled. Imperial rolls are to die for. Curry is good too.

Everything is addictive! Love all the gluten free options. Dealers choice is always great and happy hour lasts is longer than normal. Win win!
