Great food, great prices, friendly staff. Only thing I didn't like was the smell of the soap in the mens room, smells like pickles. Hopefully they change that. It's a nice place to go and it doesn't look like the people get too rowdy there on the weekends. So you can still get food with your family and not be overrun by people at the bar. Great burger!

Prompt, menu savvy staff; compliments the chill atmosphere. Food sets the bar higher than most burger joints can hope to reach. First time experience has made a life time customer.

I'm a regular at LBC because they have the best hamburgers and best fries *anywhere*. If there's a downside to this place, it's the fact that it takes a long time to get the food. I assume it's because they put so much care into the preparation. The wait is well worth it; the burgers are beyond delicious and come in many varieties. The Jamonit is unbelievable. The German fries are to die for. This is by far my favorite place to eat out. The setting is casual, comfortable, and friendly. If you read a negative review here, I can only guess the people had a single bad experience. That can happen anywhere, but I've eaten at LBC a couple dozen times and have brought many friends and family members. I've never heard of anyone disappointed.

Hard pass. Wouldn’t drive more than 20 mins to eat/drink hereArrived when 3 tables were filled and ordered food/drink before the other tables filled up. STILL took forever to get our drinks. Waited an hour for food even though we put in our order before other tables filled up????The burgers were good but nothing to call home about. I wouldn’t advise drive more than 20 mins to eat...The drinks took 20+ minutes to arrive and it was hard to order a second round because the bartender/waitress was so busy we couldn’t get her attention.My friends drinks were delicious and ordered off the menu. I ordered a plain dirty martini & it had so much olive juice I gagged and didn’t drink it after I sipped it. I was not happy when I paid for it but the bartender/waitress was so busy that we didn’t see her for 20 mins and didn’t have the chance to say anything.

Weirdest thing! Called yesterday to make sure they're open on Wednesdays and if I needed a reservation for lunch for 2. She laughed and said, "Ha, we're always open! Come on in tomorrow."So showed up today, there was a property seizure notice on the door! (due to lack of tax payment). I guess I may never enjoy the purported best burger in Lowell! 😄Mexican place across the street was great!

We gave been here several times and never been disappointed. Casual atmosphere, very comfortable. I had a burger with fig, goat cheese and arugula that was delicious. The sweet potato fries were perfectly crispy!

Had dinner here while visiting family. My medium-well burger was perfectly cooked & tasty, and the fries were crispy. Even better was the dessert — a dark chocolate custard made with Tazo chocolate!

Their burger options are unique and delicious and so were their shakes and fries. The interior and tableware are exquisite. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

ProsGreat service, the falafel were amazing. The poutine was pretty good. I liked the look of the place.ConsI didnt care for the water bottle on the table covered in fingerprints. We were seated near some type of prep room with full view of it, close to the front door. The burger was just so so. The bun was hyped up but failed to deliver, it was dry.I was expecting more burger options. I felt like they tried to make the burgers too fancy. For me, simple is better.

Our server had a great personality and seemed to really like the restaurant. The items on the menu and the specials were very creative and everything we ordered was cooked well and tasted very good. I would definitely come back here!
