Lovejoy Pizza

I called and placed an order today, gave them my credit card number and my phone number. They deliver to my building on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus all the time, so I didn't think that there would be any issue. I was told that the order would be delivered within the hour, but when I called back an hour and twenty minutes later, I was told that no order had ever been placed. All I got was "I'm sorry, we could make the food now if you want." No indication that they would try to fix the error or resolve the issue, just "If you want to re-order and give us your credit card again, we MIGHT deliver it this time". Considering that every time I go over to the restaurant itself, everything seems all confused and everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off, today was the final straw. And I will be watching my credit card statement like a hawk to make sure I don't get charged for food that they say they never received an order for.
