This place has an amazing vegan spaghetti bolognese! One of the few vegan options available in the park, and one of the best. The girl behind the counter, Ava, was hilarious and made us feel right at home. Prices were pretty high though, but that's the case with every restaurant in and around the park. There's a little place inside called Guido's with fantastic garlic knots as well.

One of the best places to grab food in the park, and that's not saying much because your options are already very limited. Its 10 bucks for a slice of very mediocre pizza!

Considering it's inside the park, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality & price. I got chicken Alfredo & my boyfriend got supreme pizza

The meal plan was really worth it here. You can get anything on the menu, with a ceasar salad, your chouce of dessert, which include tiramisu, gelato, chocolate chip cookies, or a fruit cup.

Qick counter service meal. The pizza, meatball sub and spaghetti w/meatballs were all good. The breadsticks were marginal. No complaints, and for park food, I give credit. No parmesan cheese though for the spaghetti. No drink refill on the $4 drink eating in the dining room.

Its was good although they forgot my brother's meal. Slow service. Also I couldnt get a free refill when they told us we could. So it was okay.

While I was disappointed that all menu items include soy (my daughter has allergies), the chef (name starts with shan) went above and beyond to make sure we received a great meal. I couldn't be more happy about the service she provided.

This is a nice stop to grab a lunch. They have the freestyle machines in the dining room so you can fill up your drinks easily. The slices are pretty big too so once can be cut Into two smaller slices to feed younger kids. This place is always busy so they to avoid lunch time and dinner time rushes so you won't have to wait forever with starving children. The pizza is NY style and is good for theme park pizza. If many people are eating, it's cheaper to buy a whole pizza.

Usually the pizza is super delicious! I may have just gotten an old batch. Always a great choice for food in universal though!

Great place to grab a bite. Located close to all major attractions. Good food and ambiance.

A restaurant themed like a classic italian restaurant and serving up some pretty good subs and pastas. However, they only offer two types of pastas and one type of sub. I expected more options in such a major restaurant in the park. Prices were inflated as usual.
