Excellent overall experience: first class service, wonderful food in an lovely intimate newly refurbished building. I had the beef wellington, my wife the seafood tagliatelle. The menu is very good: not too long, and every item looks delicious. The ingredients were fresh quality produce. In my opinion this is comfortably the best restaurant in Loughton, and I've eaten at nearly all of them several times.

I don't normally leave google reviews unless I was blown away with the service. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the front door. The food was delicious, we was well looked after. Overall service was great! I will definitely be visiting this restaurant in the near future. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Wonderful food in a location which takes you away from the hustle and bustle fo the high street, even though it is only 100 yards away! The food was served promptly and was delicious, and the service was fantastic, staff were very friendly. The only snag is parking (you may have to use surrounding streets to park) but this is well worth the visit.

Lovely food and great customer service. We are so lucky to have the wonderful dinner time at Quindici. Highly recommend for every one.

The food was nice and the servers very attentive. It wouldn't be my choice for a second visit due to location etc but I did have an enjoyable time.

We went to Quindici a couple of weeks ago now and been meaning to leave a review since. Impeccable service and food. Was greeted by the owner James and from that moment we knew our evening was going to be a fantastic one. Professional and attentive was the only way to describe the service given and our waiter had a funny personality too to top it off. Restaurant is in a lovely location off the main town of Loughton. Onto the food. The menu was probably the hardest I've ever had to choose from as there was so many things that I love on there, that was without the extensive specials board, just to make my decision that bit harder. I just wanted to try the lot 😂. It's definitely left me wanting to go back to try something else, which I'm sure I'll do very soon. Overall I couldn't recommend enough, felt comfortable the second I walked in and I can see this being a restaurant I visit over and over. Thank you to all the staff at Quindici.

It’s great to have a higher quality restaurant in Loughton as it raises everyone else’s game, and gives broader choice when looking for venues for more special meals.With a higher price point comes higher expectations too, and it mostly delivers. The food has been very good on the three or four times I’ve been. Pasta dishes are very good, and the variety is just about right.Ladies will always judge a restaurant by the cleanliness and quality of the toilets! Here, the men’s was certainly in good order (can’t speak for the ladies!).There are some buts. Service can be very good, but doesn’t have the professional approach of a good West End restaurant. So the good servers are good because they’re friendly and nice as well as doing a good service job, not because they deliver service excellence. This is a minor complaint as the overall experience is very good.Highly recommended

Completely rude telephone manner only called to ask if they did tiramisu for my pregnant missus who is craving it! It was an investigation to find out who's calling "a potential customer" that is whom only looking for tiramisu! Was passed to a manager to be spoken to more rudely telling me the kitchen is closed anyway! I questioned what problem was?! So much attitude it is crazy! It's almost a completely laughable situation if there wasn't so much aggression for absolutely NO reason at all! Whatever you do don't ring for takeaway tiramisu. Tony Soprano gets on the phone!Upon reading the TripAdvisor reviews regarding the managers aggressive behaviour being a pattern I would definitely avoid this place in the future!
