Love their buffalo wraps!

You don't get what you pay for. The prices went up but the portions stayed the same or went down. The font service is still the same but my wings and fingers were over cooked. Next time I'll do the extra driving and go to jim bobs.

Chicken tebders were really good. Grilked tenders were a bit small but its ok. Hamburgers werent that good but better then some places ive been to. The ocra was delicious, fried just right. The cashier skyler but really nice though and thats a plus. I would visit again to see how the reast of their food is.

Love this place but if the service continues like it is I won't eat here. I sat at the drive thru for about 15 minutes and never got my order taken. I only sat that long to see how many cars would leave. You guys are losing a lot of business that way and if the trend continues you'll lose a whole lot more. Love the food but the service needs to improve. Should hire people to actually take drive thru orders

Food is fine but service is routinely HORRIBLE. I have never before reviewed a restaurant but I'm just amazed at how terrible this service is. Every time I come it's worse and worse, but right this second I'm hungry and nearby and need a quick lunch. I have been sitting in front of the speaker for 7 minutes and no one has asked for my order.

Good food

I have ate at this location three times now. The food has been fresh and hot. The sauce is some of the best I have ever tasted. The food comes out fast! The tenders are golden and they have been soft and slightly crisp on the outside. "A+" " Thank You"

Chicken fingers are good, but the fried catfish and fried shrimp were delicious.

Absolutely LOVE Louie's!! They graciously accept phoned in orders to be carried out and have always had my order ready by the time I arrive to get it(usually about 15 mins). Not much atmosphere for dining in, but if you do, don't be surprised if Gene Chizick drops by your table to chat...

Quality has gone downhill fast! Cold grilled chicken tenders and nothing tender about them. Fries cold, green beans cold and when I told the lady at the counter she could care less and never apologized. The potato salad like it had seafood in it. I asked for management and was told no one was there. I asked for the phone number to management and was given the number to the restaurant. I will call back and speak to someone about this. I was very disappointed.

Food was cold when received. Cold fries chicken was not fresh (was not good for 10 + dollars a plate). Staff was on cellphones an hanging in kitchen window. Instead of servicing customers. Oh an also making snappy comments about people ordering through drive through. Was not good customer service.

I wouldn't feed my dog the leftover food , my Chicken was pink and they didn't care. Service was more worried about the drive through!

Always slow service - even when I call ahead. Good food. Very slow.
