Lotus Chinese Eatery

Had a great lunch here yesterday! Service is friendly and great and the food is very good. A little bit pricier but that is normal for Huntington Beach. 😁

Great food! Great service. Wish it were closer to my house...

Today me and my family went to lotus and had the worst experience thus far. We tend to go from time to time the food is tasty, however, the service has gotten terrible. We come from an hr away just to eat to have to wait about an hour to even get our order in, once we got our order in we waited about 20 minutes for our hot and sour soup, we ordered tea, jalapeño chicken, lo mein, and fried rice. We wanted sesame bread however they “did not have any”.once we received our soup we had to remind the waitress for our tea, she brings us the tea. After 30 minutes of us finishing our soup comes another waitress and says they lost our ticket and asked what we ordered again to put it in. At this point we are frustrated we waited nearly two hours by that point and to top it off they lose our ticket. After that we decided to leave. It’s very unfortunate because we were customers for some time but after that we will not be going back.

Excellent food with a great variety of choices including some very authentic Chinese dishes that you don't usually see offer at Chinese restaurants outside of China town. Service is good for a Chinese restaurant and they're willing to alter menu items to fit your preference.

Outstanding food. Lived in HB for 29 years, and my first time here. Will definitely come again. Awesome Kung Pao shrimp and Mongolian beef! No alcohol, but not a deal breaker. Super-friendly and attentive staff.

Food was delicious , take out order was fast as well .

Service was descent t, bir the food was slow coming out and was cold.

I wanted some vegetables with my kung pau chicken, so she made me something off menu with same sauce, an array of great veggies and white meat chicken(usually dark). Great entree. A tad expensive but it was probably adding the veggies.

The food was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful. They were always on top of it when it came to getting us what we wanted. They regularly checked up on us seeing of we needed anything. The prices are also really great! Highly recommend this place.

Halal food. I like the shrimp fried rice in here.

The most delicious Chinese food ever. Chow men is out this world. The service needs a little bit of improvement, though. Not too far from Pella Terra shopping mall in Huntington Beach. Halal

Delicious the soup!!

It was the first time that I have been there. The food was good and the place was authentic.

Awesome and delightful food, I love the atmosphere this place has, and the employees were super nice. I will surely visit here next time.
