Lotsa Stone Fired Pizza

Love it! My favorite is the margharita signature pizza! Service is always amazing and fast! So glad they added this to the annapolis mall food court!

This is actually the best pizza I’ve ever had. I really don’t mind driving all the way to Annapolis to get pizza from here. It’s so good and it tastes very fresh.

You have to try Lotsa Stone pizza. You watch them make your pizza. You can even build your own pizza or pick one off the menu. There is a daily pizza special. Watch your pizza bake in the 700 + degree stone oven. Usual selection of toppings.

My friend and I went here for lunch. We wanted something quick! We shared the pizza, 3 slices a piece. Yummy yummy and we were full!! I will definitely be ordering here again. The customer service was great as well, very pleasing.

This place understands how much people like pizza. If you come across a Lotsa Stone Fried Pizza then order yourself a pizza. you can choose what you want on your pizza, the type of sauce and dough. It did not take too long for me to get my pizza but it was not busy when I visited either so I do not know what it is like during busy hours.

Pizza is delicious and ingredients are fresh. Workers are very friendly.

I had a very negative experience at your Annapolis mall location this afternoon. I believe that Brittany (cashier at 12:30pm) could benefit from some customer service training. I received my receipt and asked why I wasn't charged the daily special price (I didn't see the coupon removed at the end). Instead of politely advising me that the discount is at the bottom of the receipt, she said in a very condescending tone "it's at the bottom, the water isn't free". I am aware that bottled water isn't free and thought that was an extremely rude response. I told her there was no need to be condescending and she still proceeded to defend herself. It was a very poor experience so I definitely won't be back but I really hope this is addressed so no one else is treated rudely.

It's really good, as long as the oven is clean. The majority of the time, to enjoy your pizza, you have to deal with the taste of old burnt particles from others old pizzas all over the bottom of the pizza. It kills the taste. I've had the pizza 5 times. Of those 5 times, theres only been one that the pizza was not tainted by little burnt particles picked up in the oven on the pizza bottom. That happened to be my first time there when it was sans burnt taste. The other times I basically brush the crust off and eat the top layers of the pizza. You can see things burning in the oven, too. When I see streams of smoke coming from burnt pieces of old pizza, I avoid ordering there. It hasn't helped, but I keep trying to recreate the taste of my first visit.

Milana was not pleasant when making the create your own pizza. She seemed annoyed when I asked for a little more toppings. She was visually annoyed. I am a regular customer and ask for the same toppings and the other worker's was very pleasant when visiting the restaurant in the past.
