Love love love this spot! It’s not only cozy, clean and cute, the food (drinks and pastries) are phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. If I had to find a down side: it’s the limited amount of seating. It’s so popular there’s always a line to order and you have to hover-squat for a seat. Best bet is to have someone in your group look for seating as the others order. I went in with a group of 4, but found a seat without 3 min or so.

I wanted to love it. We went there on a recommendation from friends for a quick dinner on a Sunday. The food is very good. But, the portions are pretty meager and it’s expensive. Especially the wine given they don’t measure the pours and for a $16 glass of Chablis in a spot like this I would have been much happier with a more generous pour than the “by sight†6oz drops we got. It wasn’t really worth the $90 for a quick bite Sunday dinner. I have no doubt the baked goods are to die for and maybe we’ll try it again for those, but we couldn’t wait to get out. The staff were nice but overbearing. When you can see two people enjoying themselves and engaged in conversation, please stop interrupting and asking if we’re enjoying everything. Please.

One of the best bakeries I’ve have ever visited. The staff was super nice and the food inclredible!!! I tried the croissant, cinnamon roll and their blue cake (don’t remember the name) and everything except the croissant blew me away! It was very expensive, but worth every penny so if you’re thinking of going, do it. You won’t regret it!

Awesome place!! Beautiful cakes, cupcakes and pops! I ordered my daughters baby shower cake and it just as beautiful as it was in the Pintrest picture! I got to choose the flavors I wanted for the cake and had sampled a variety of flavors! Service was good and friendly! I would go back to them anytime!!

Great place. First visit. Wonderful pastries. Very nice and capable staff. Tom was our server. Got a box of delicious pastries to go. Will definitely return, even though I don't live in the area.

The pastries are nothing short of phenomenal. Yes they cost more than most, but you’re getting quality products made with flour freshly milled onsite. Pastries will vary based on what’s in season. The croissants are the best you’ll get in the city (sorry Cellar Door, Floriole, Butter Dough). Other standouts include their almond cake with lingonberry and custard, country loaf, afternoon tea bun and princess cake. This princess cake is a thing of beauty and worth every penny / calorie. Get it! The only negative is the cafe is fairly small with limited seating, so after 10 am you’ll most likely have to take your order to go or be that annoying stranger that asks to sit at your table.

Amazing pastries, especially the Princess Cake! The space is adorable too!Nice policy in place where people are asked to leave after finishing their food in order to let others sit, since it's small. Never felt rushed though!

I am lucky enough to work next to this amazing place. I will say that, although I've always had a sweet tooth, I've been pretty strict about my 'no mixing fruit with dessert' policy. Until now, that is. The combinations of chocolate and fruit fillings are making me question everything I've ever believed in.The creations at Lost Larson are unbelievable, and I don't even mind paying a little extra for one of these amazing treats- even if they've got fruit in them! The other day, I was viewing my options prior to making a selection, and a new pastry caught my eye. The guy behind the counter (sorry I didn't get his name to share here!) described what I considered to be a strange combination of ingredients, and I'm sure I made a face. He then said, "do you trust us?" with a smile on his face, knowing that I did. I went with that chocolate and olive oil 'something', and it was AMAZING. I'll be back, you can count on it!

Next time I visit Lost Larson I will definitely be trying something new. I had the cardamom cookie and another pastry that I can't remember the name of but it was so delicious I can't wait to have it again! I'll take a picture to memorialize what it looks like. You know it's good when you're still thinking about it days later.
