This location had so many failed restaurants I lost count. But looks like this Mexican restaurant is staying for good and I’m glad. I love their burritos.

It is a hit or miss with this restaurant. One day the food can be good and fresh while other days, it falls flat, bland. This is supposed to be an authentic Mexican restaurant but the rice and beans are not prepped fresh. You cannot smell any spices---no cilantro, no onions. I will only order the guacamole in person if I have a craving----no more deliveries for me.
