Los Cabos Peruvian Cuisine

When we passed this place on a week night, there were few people dining so we were not quite sure but after we tasted the food there was no regret, great quality and delicious

I live in Minnesota but ever time I come to Denver I make a point of coming to Los Cabos. My new favorite is the Lomo Saltado with seafood. So clean and simple but amazing flavor. Don’t miss this place!!

Los Cabos had a healthy meal for each of my family members with delicious selections from seafood, steak and chicken! The taste and flavor brought us to appreciate the owners and the quality they bring to Denver. Lomo Saltado is one grand Peruvian dish to try!

For those vegans and vegetarians out there. Los Cabos is now offering vegan options for all their dishes! Even my favorite Lomo saltado is now available with tofu instead of meat! They even have their own separate cookware to prepare the vegan food! Delicious stuff!

Came from Chicago to Colorado on a road trip and found one of the best Peruvian restaurants ever. I'm 100% Peruvian so take my word for it. Its cozy, affordable, great service. I wish I could give this place 6 stars.

The food is so good and tastes authentic Peruvian. The service is a bit slow but it looked like they only had 1 waiter for the whole restaurant. Also a bit pricey but the food and atmosphere was excellent

sad that this place had to raise prices dramatically since the last time we where here a few years back i don't blame them but this is the result of the increased prices in rent especially around denver downtown and in order to stay in business this has to be done, quality however has fallen this place is just not as good as it used to be and the teenage cell phone addicted staff deliver a bad service experience, i won't be coming back to los cabos any time soon.

Read previous review decided to try today. We had the buffet. Had multiple choices including salad, soup and main course dishes. Never having eaten Peruvian food did not know what to expect. Salads were fresh and tasty. Had marinated fish. Tasted several of main dishes all were hot but not spicy. Had flan , very good, for desert. Wait staff were attentive but not hovering. Restaurant is plain but food tastes good and is filling.

Right off the bat, I was meant with amazing customer service, here at Los Cabos! I called in to place a take out order and the ease of the whole process was guided in a very profesional manner. The worker answered every question, along with extra information about the rich history of Los Cabos! Once my taste buds were meant with there cusine I was taken bake on how delicious it truly was! I orderd for the whole family and I highly recommend trying this unique family owned resturant!!!

The food is so amazing. Every bite is as good at the end as it is at the beginning. I cannot recommend this place enough. The prices are a little high, but you get a good serving of food. The service is good, kept our waters full. Overall amazing
