Loreley Beer Garden

About

Loreley is the first of its kind Biergarten in New York City. Modelled after the "Brauhaus" in Cologne (Köln). Loreley is the largest heated outdoor beer garden in Manhattan's Lower East Side and has a great selection of imported beers, wines, and spirits. 12 imported beers with German inspiration are featured on tap. Wines from the Loreley region and a full liquor bar are available. Specialty cocktails are rotated seasonally, and the kitchen offers a delicious German inspired food menu. Loreley is a great place for weekend brunch in our heated outdoor beer garden, after work happy hours, birthday parties, great for big groups and even corporate events, engagements and private parties in our low-key lounge, beer hall or heated outdoor beer garden.

Excellent beer hall. Great Bok Beer and food is perfect pairing for drinking beer. Nice nook on the lower eastside. Seating in the back is great. Herbs on the fence is a nice touch.

Questions & Answers

You can. It is pretty loud though. Lots of groups of people drinking. Depends on if that bothers you.

Never, they're ride or die

Yes of course, heaters inside. Probably best to avoid outside when it drops below 0, but if you like drinking beer in chilly weather, go for it. That's actually how it works in Germany, where beer gardens are actual large "gardens".
