Long's Drug Store

Took 25 min to get 2 hotdogs and when they brought them out they brought the chili in a bowl and it wasnt even hotdogs chili. "They said sorry it's all they had" well then you should have told me before I ordered the damn thin . No refills were offered

Don't get me wrong I like longs but I do not like waiting 45 min on average every. single. time. I don't understand when there is hardly anyone there why it takes so long to cook 3 burgers?! I just left longs and came to chick fil a... I already received my food by the time I would have if I would have stayed at longs to eat. Horrible service. Literally has made me choose to go elsewhere, even a chain restaurant, over that place in the future.

Worst service ever. Went back after a long time, thought I'd give them another try. Sat at the counter, ignored for ten minutes while the staff ran around me like I wasn't even there. Will never waste my time there again. I don't understand how they stay in business treating people that way.

I love longs!! Been going there since I was a little kid living In Sequoyah Hills. Hank SR. And hank JR. Are amazing smart pharmacists and I love how friendly the employees are especially Ruth. And Ruby. The wait is well worth the atmosphere. but what could you expect on a Saturday morning going into brunch. any place that is well liked and enjoyable to go to would be slammed. I also like how they have loyal customers like dad and me . The food is so good I HIGHLY recommend the party melt and their shakes and malts are to die for!! You have to get a shake when going always!! Love longs!!

I tried Long's restaurant for the first time today in the Kingston Squae Shopping Center. It has been here for a long time so it must be good, I thought The staff was friendly and I got my food quickly but the food was very mediocre at best. The sausage gravy was bland and the biscuits we're hard like they were old. The sausage and eggs were good but I couldn't eat the biscuits and gravy.

Hank: Sadly, today was over an hour wait only to be told the fryer wasn't working properly so half our order wasn't brought to us. They can get chips fussed the cook. No offer of free dessert or half off. Have been coming for years but today was a disappointment.One couple waited and finally had to leave. Tell customers up front next time the fryer isn't working properly. Over an hour wait and then telling them no is not the way to run a successful business.

Went for breakfast with my Brother in Law with my daughter. After a great breakfast shopped in the store and found a good selection of products with a quick and efficient check out.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and it took an hour to get my order. 10 minutes just to get my drink. When the food arrived it was barely warm and the burger was falling apart on the platter and the bun was squished with a big greasy thumb print in the middle. One of the worst eating experiences I've ever had.

Most of the reviews are for the restaurant. This review is for the pharmacy. For years, my wife has used their pharmacy...fair prices and they delivered to her office in Bearden. Recently, delivery problems...no- shows, no followup calls to solve problems.This Sat. morning, my wife was attempting to solve a delivery problem from two days ago. Was told they would be open till 6:00pm. Phone calls starting early afternoon, went to voicemail. She arrived at 5:30 and Long's was closed.I understand things happen...but, don't keep your customers in the dark. Change the voicemail to reflect the schedule changes. Now, she will be without her medication till Monday. You've lost a loyal customer.
