Good food, meatball appetizers was fantastic. Sat at the bar, the bartender was great!

This is our second time here. Our first visit was three years ago and we absolutely loved the food! We were visiting an area about 45 minutes away and decided to make a detour to visit again. Luckily they had the meatballs we were dreaming of!

Great Pizza, nice light fare for casual dinning. Try the wings!

I was very dissapointed with my most recent trip to Longo's 3 weeks ago. My parents purchased a $50.00 gift certificate from the "old" Longo's in Westerly some time ago. Three weeks ago we attempted to redeem the certificate at the "new" Longo's. We were told the gift certificate was not valid in the new resturant; notwithstanding the fact that Jerry Longo and his daughter run and operated the old resturant and run and operate the new resturant! This lack of customer service does not fly in a small town like Westerly and Pawcatuck. I would advise folks to stay away from Longo's and NEVER buy a gift certificate there. Excellent food and service in a great atmosphere! All the appetizers and entrees were probably the best I ever had, wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

Visited Longo's on 11/20, service was good, our server described Veal parmigiana which sounded great, it was the toughest veal I have ever had, it may have been beef but I dont think it was veal, I was also startled to see upon getting my check that it was $26! Needs to be way better if it's going to cost $26.

Best Italian food around! We love their supli, pizza, and meatball salad just to name a few favorites. You’ll be happy with any dish and drink you order. Delicious!

Cozy Italian restaurant with excellent food. I had the meatball salad and it was more than enough. When you go there try anything with the meatballs.

Longo is overall a decent restaurant. The decor and atmosphere is very nice, and the separate market area is useful if you need something quick. When I ate here, the food was good, not spectacular, but better than run of the mill Italian food. The pasta was cooked well, the vodka sauce was flavorful, and the meatball salad appetizer was a particularly high point of the meal. Unfortunately, the service was not good. It took nearly 10 minutes for a hostess to greet my party at the door, and then another several minutes passed before we actually were seated. After we got a table, although our server was friendly, the service did not improve. The wait time between ordering and receiving our appetizer was not bad, but it took much longer for the entree to come out. Our server checked in on us right after the food was delivered, and then not again until we had been finished eating for about 15 minutes.

Writing this just after wasting 2.5 hours at this place for a three person meal. We sat patiently waiting for for our food as the hours passed and the excuses continued to come about how busy they were. Perhaps you should staff accordingly or wait to seat people. Maybe even a warning before you sit down? As we hit the 1.5 hour mark of waiting, the table next to us (who had arrived after us) was offered a free round of drinks from the manager and whatever it would take to "make it right." Our table, however, was never offered this and was just told "sorry for the wait."The manager continued to pass blame onto the kitchen and the waitstaff, instead of owning it and handling it correctly. Our server, Shannon, was excellent and took great care of us despite the wait. Her manager, however, used her as an excuse, stating that she should have warned us that it was slow before we sat down. Great leadership!The food was pretty good, but even that won't entice me to return.
