I go to this nice place from time to time! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot routinely. The meals are excellent, the crew is polite and the rates are decent. I enjoy being in this restaurant for a decent dinner.

After a long day of work I decided to stop here on my way home. Was a little disappointed, the bread was hard as a rock, the food came out fast and it was good, the service not so great. Sat at the bar, bartender didn't even asked me if the food was good, if i needed anything and was quick to send me on my way after i was done eating. Didn't even asked if i wanted dessert or another drink.

Went for Valentine's day thinking it would turn out great and being that I've never been I wanted to try it out . Wings were nicely seasoned but weren't cooked all the way through it was pink and still raw , fries were extremely salty , the bacon cheeseburger was extremely dry with bland taste , mash potatoes looked like soup ... and the mac and cheese was decent but couldve been way better . My waiter was great at attending others but rushed through with us yet me being nice I still tipped her 🤗

I don't know if they do this

No. It's only a call ahead even for large groups. I recently went for my birthday with family. We also have gone yearly for my mother in law at the White Plains location. They required for us to call ahead as well but were accommodating for 3 large families. Our photos are attached to that location so you can see for yourself.
