We were on vacation at Old town and we visited Longhorn as my partners birthday was today. I hadn’t been to Longhorn in a long time but we had a coupon for a free appetizer so we decided to come here. From the moment we entered the restaurant we received a warm greeting from the host and the manager. We were seated and our server Rita promptly greeted us and asked if we had been to Longhorn before. Since we said no she went over the recommendations and offered meal items to try. She was warm, inviting, and friendly. Our appetizers and soup & salad arrived quick and were delicious. Then soon after our steaks arrived and were cooked perfect. They tasted delicious. Rita even brought my partner an ice cream dessert to celebrate his birthday. The service here was fantastic and the food tasted great. We would definitely return here again. Super shoutout to the manager, the young guy host, & our server Rita. Great job y’all.

The food was excellent as always. Anna was an excellent server. Very attentive. The one thing was the Seating hostess. Very Curt and unfriendly. A hostess, because she is the first impression should have a smile and be nice.Maybe she was having a bad day, but that should not show in your job. We love this â¤ï¸ Longhorn Steakhouse and will definitely return.

Longhorn has consistency when it comes to their chain of steakhouses. This location was no different. The food was great and the drinks were delicious. One better, our server (I wish I remembered her name), was awesome! That always helps out an experience. My wife and daughter had steaks my other daughter had grilled chicken and I had the redrock shrimp. Not one person at my table left any food on the plate. My only issue was the outdoor ambiance, which Longhorn can do nothing about. The restaurant sits at the front of a lot and in its backdrop is an old hotel that is no longer in service and in very bad condition. So when you drive up, it makes you feel as if you are somewhere that is not so nice. But as a steakhouse, based on food quality, I highly recommend it.
