I had a call in order and it took a hour after I called it in when someone told me it would take 25 minutes for my order to be ready. I waited an hour after I got there to get my food and my chicken wings were cold.

I usually have great service at this location but today the wait time to get my check was really ridiculous. We waited like 20mins to get our check AFTER I told the waiter to bring it to us. If I wasn't such an law abiding citizen I would have walked out. Everything was good up until that point though. These guys have got to get it together!

Love it here! Friendly staff and attentive waiters. It can be a line to get a table just depends on the day and time. Food is always on point.

This one had a waitress that looked like a pixie, and just as delightful. She listened out for our unspoken needs. "Mom, I need ketchup" and kept up with refills. The Mango Margarita was truly refreshing. On advice, the strawberry is too sweet, and the Neat is just right, but if you want a salt sweet contrast to highlight your mood, try the Mango. They pour it right at the table in beautiful glasses. Not bad for a National Chain.

The food was great, the waiter was great and we asked a different waiter for something and he came back with what we asked for even though they were pretty busy... in most places they just tell the waiter incharge of the waiter to take it to them so that was good.

Very accommodating and ready to help! Good service and good food! I recommend this restaurant.

The seasonings on the steak was very spicy and it over powdered the taste of the steak. The steak was very tender otherwise. The rest of the meal was good..

The lady that was running the to go away needs to have better customer service skills. The date would have been 1-4-2020 around 8pm. We decided to go elsewhere before it turned into a bad experience. Other times the food and service is good.

Outlaw Rubey was amazing and cooked perfectly and the Mac n cheese was one of the best. Friendly service and will definitely be back.

Nice Longhorns restaurant, the service was perfect. My server was a cute as hell little skinny girl with blonde hair. Anyway the food was good and hot. The steak was cooked perfect the way I like it.

Couldn't get in because of staffing issues. Lots of people waiting but lots of empty tables. We went elsewhere

My server Malyki was awesome, attentive, made contact while attending to other tables, his upbeat and friendly attitude was followed by an amazing array of appetizers and main course. I highly recommend anyone and all looking for a fantastic dining experience to visit Longhorn in Charlotte.

The chicken meals were great. Each of us got a different chicken dinner and then shared it. Oh my, what a treat. I wish they made a sample dish.

Of course the food itself is good. It's a chain. It taste the same at every location. Their curb side is a hit or miss. Today (May 16th Approx 4:45) whoever worked the curb was terrible and lazy. I called when I got there. The girl said she'd bring the food out. Waited nearly 20 minutes and just went in. My food was just sitting there while everybody was basically chilling. Don't advertise curb side if you don't plan on following through. I told another who had be waiting forever to go in because his food was probably just sitting there
