Had a great rib eye done exactly the way I like it, the Brussels sprouts grilled with bacon so good & a fresh Ceasars salad my wife had a portahouse steak done to perfection, & the rest the same as me, definitely coming back our server was great

Was given burnt food and told it was broiled like that...like the bread crumbs on the mac and cheese was literally black. Fries burnt and then rushed from table NEVER offered any desert...given 1 refill in over an hour. Horrible experience. Check bought to table prior to others seated prior to us was given their check. Wow...worst experience ever.

Ate at this location a couple of weeks ago and enjoyed my meal. Nothing to be excited about but it was decent. My husband and I waited about 30 mins before being seated which was fine since it was a Friday night. Our server Josh was impeccable and very attentive. Overall, our time at the restaurant was fine but my husband and I overheard the manager yelling at her employees in the middle of dinner. Her diction was nasty and demeaning, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth. Maybe if she spent as much time helping the staff as she did yelling, the restaurant would perform better. I might give it a second chance.

I love longhorn, but not this one. They claim to be under new management and can no longer accommodate my request to have my Mac n cheese without bacon... even though I’m allergic to it. I’ve never had this problem at any other longhorn and was surprised to say the least. Not sure if it’s really new management or just lazy employees but I’m disappointed to say the least. I drove 15 miles to the next closest longhorn and they were able to accommodate me and my allergies :)

Food here is always delicious but service leaves a lot to be desired. We were a party of 4 and we asked to sit outside since it was a beautiful evening but were told that they were not seating anyone there that night only to find a couple sitting outside as we were leaving. Work on your customer service!!!

Busy hour, Matthew was our waiter..he did a superb job juggling so much, with such ease..food was excellent

We went to Longhorn Steakhouse in Boyton Beach Fl.. around 6 pm Saturday night..There were about 50 people waiting...it was a miserable night for Floridian standards...rainy and cold (around 60 degrees, but feeling even colder)..within half an hour we were seated and immediately served..so the service was excellent...the food was good..full baby back ribs and chili cheese fries ..not bad!We will go again.

Enjoyed the food so much.. only bad thing is that you have to wait so much for everything... besides that nice place.

Josh was an AMAZING server! Highly recommend him.

We had a 30 min wait, which was expected for a Saturday night. Then we were seated and totally ignored. NO eye contact, NO be with you shortly, NO silverware or water, even though staff passed our table every couple minutes with their eyes turned away. AFTER 15 MIN we got up and left.. My husband told the Host "Nice service" as we left. He never blinked an eye. We used to love this place.

I love this place ...food excellent..and the servers are very friendly.

Ordered the LH burger and normally I will finish both my burger and fries bit this time I could not. It might have been the bread we started with, which was delicious, or the size of the burger. I think everyone was happy. I don't think bringing chipped crockery to a table is the right thing to do but we guess they didn't see it.

I'm sure it was just a fluke and not the norm but my coworker took me there for my birthday lunch. Whatever the steak I ordered I also ordered mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes came out with a crust on them. Probably due to sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while. When I mentioned it to the waitress she took my entire plate instead of leaving my steak with me so I would have something to start eating and took it into the kitchen and screamed at the top of her longs that I said that they were sitting around all day. When I confronted her when she brought my food back out which by the way I didn't even bother to eat the mashed potatoes because they probably just stirred them up, she said that she never said that when clearly the whole restaurant could hear her from where we were setting.

We (3 people) had the 6 oz steak combo, 2 chicken and a shrimp. Salad and baked potato. Everything was cooked as requested and served hot. Prices can be found on their site, which I feel are reasonable. Server was attentive to us without being pushy.
