It's pretty much every night as far as I know. I have asked the staff before , and everyone has said it's available nightly, unless they run out of it.

Well, you are asking the right question though. This is one of the best deals on the cape. I've had it for around 12 bucks and been stuffed, and I'm a little over 200lbs. Get there early because they run out and the locals know about this special.
