Understanding that the staff is busy the watching the girl in the drive through in one of the preppers not the cook but one of the preppers horseplay back in the kitchen area I just kind of look at us and turn their head away... The girl who was Manning the front register was in the bathroom and sweeping up something greasy that was on the floor didn't put up a slippery sign a gentleman letter booted foot medical boot anyway looks like he was about to fall off and pretty much the only thing she did was just sweep around him that mop sweep she was sweeping up a greasy mark the food was okay but the service is miserable

The food was cold and soggy especially the fries they said my meal didn't come with hush puppies so I paid for 2 hush puppies and when I got my platter it had 2 of them on it so I paid for two extra for nothing !

Usually not good food if it's not straight out of the fryer. For the best experience you should ask for it fresh. The problem, as an ex employee, when in drive through, they tell you "it just came out.." as an excuse. Which is obviously a lie. But, I went into the lobby and asked for my food fresh considering that it takes about 5 mins to cook a price of fish, post time to batter and drop. And I was for once in a very long time not disappointed. They cooked my food fresh. The unfortunate part is that I had to go into the lobby to ensure it was being cooked fresh. And I don't particularly blame the restaurant chain for their employees lack of customer service or care. It's very sad to see a place where the family used to go and get treated as just that "family" and now just shoehorning in whoever they can for employees and the first thing they ALWAYS SAY is "what you want?". Sad but for the small amount of Long John Silvers around here, I'd recommend this one.

Salmon was Super!! Dont find it that good many places and to find it that good, that portion for that price is great. Will definitely go back there again. Also is an A W too so could have great root beer float if you wanted

This place needs to be closed from totally nasty undercooked cold food, multiple cross contamination hazards a crew and management that care nothing for service or there customers needs, foods tables booths and chairs all dirty with dried sauce stuck to the tops of tables and if your white you might need to bring a black friend to cut the racism.

I was shocked when I heard the price this time, I ordered an 8pc fish meal and she said $26, they have definitely went up. Not sure I'll be back, the fries are always soggy not crispy and the fish has so much cruncky batter, it's hard it eat. Very disappointed.

Great food an root beer floats

Can’t really expect much from a fast food establishment, but the customer service at this location is absolutely terrible, the people who work here have no enthusiasm, they don’t smile, they act as if they hate being at work.

Not busy but still slow making 2 tacos and Mac n cheese. I order fish tacos with salmon and got the shrimp. I ordered Mac n cheese with crumbles, as posted and advertised. I didn't get the crumbles. In their defense, it was an older lady working cashier. I didn't fuss. Everybody needs to work. I'm just curious if that's a reoccurring issue. I'll still go back if I'm in the area.

We had to wait for fish because the fryer messed up. The floor in the lobby is so slick not wet greasy I almost fell multiple times. When we finally got our food our fries were cold and soggy.

i went during dinner rush, drive thru line curling around the building so i decided to go inside. They had me in and out within 5 minutes. My order was right and the cashier was really nice too.

Everything was overcooked. Note though it was the evening of the fourth of July with a very young skeleton crew. The order was beyond messed up. But given that the nature of the time, meal and folks involved, I would give them another chance....

Not to bad , grew up eating LJS ! I think it taste better when it’s a stand alone restaurant, but Ayeee that’s just me ! Chicken and fish will make you beg for butter. Milk 🥛

I just got long silvers for dinner. 30$ and Cold horrible my order wasn't right!! I didnt get my side's or my claims I've tried to call they will not pick up the phone!!! When I was there asked to make sure there was tarter sauce in the bag she snapped at me said it was in the bottom of the bag... there was no tarter sauce but a huge amount of vinegar. Yuck! I DONT COME HERE BECAUSE OF THIS!! not the first time! It's sad !!

Takes an extremely long time to get through the drive-thru line even when there's no cars in front of me. All the food is very salty.
