Long John Silver's

Absolutely horrible. The place is filthy everywhere, reeks. The floors are disgusting. The fish was dried out and overcooked. Like its been sitting in the basket forever. What gets me is how Long John Silver's can survive with so many filthy locations serving oil saturated fish, but yet, Arthur Treachers (only one left in Youngstown, Ohio), has such great flaky fish, and is barely hanging on. It should be the other way around. Avoid this location if you can.

3 times now I've come and there's MAYBE one car ahead of me, if that, and the wait is always long. Well today was third strike you're out. I pulled up and was told to hold on for placing my order. A whole 8 MINUTES passed without anyone returning back to the speaker. I finally just pulled off. There is nothing you could be doing that takes that long with only one car ahead. Long John silvers greasy fish isn't worth the wait. This location has the worse food the others around Columbus anyways.

Slow...slow...slow, never has enough food made/available

I had the Shrimp and fish combo, and it was fresh and very good. The service was a little slow, but worth the wait. The fish and shrimp was superb.

Second time I have been here and they have no chicken or fish made. Wanted a 12 pc family meal, but they only offer the 8 pc so I ordered the 8 pc and was told I had to wait an hour because they could only fill half the order. Seems to be mismanage and dis organized. Last time I go here.

This is a KFC and long John silvers place and once we wanted fish and they were out of fish and now they were out of chicken....!!

This Long John Silver's is a joke and deserves negative 100 stars, we went there Monday March 11th 2019 and they didn't have batter for fish and chicken, so what the heck did you sell then french fries and cole slaw? We went back on Tuesday March 12th and waited for at least 30 minutes at the drive thru speaker and nobody said a word to us - I finally said Hello into the speaker and the girl said we'll get to you when we can and continued to make rude comments in the speaker. Finally I went to order and they again said we don't have any batter we have closed down the Long John Silver's restaurant. This is unacceptable and you have lost so much money and customers in the last 2 days, I am contacting your corporate office!!!!

Was there a week ago, the place was so dirty, and on a Friday during lent, no coleslaw. Out of unsweetened ice tea during dinner time. The service counter was filthy. I asked for a refund and we left. Staff very unfriendly and had attitudes. All the manger would say, was I am sorry. I posted on yelp as well. The health board needs to visit this place.

Horrible food chicken tasted like fish,fish was over cooked

What is wrong with this location, not changed oil in fryer, done ask what pop you want just gives you Pepsi, employees chatting among themselves and don’t acknowledge the customers, this has happened on more than one occasion. Half filled cups of pop. No condiments. I would skip all together if there was another one close by. It’s at this location only and burnt hush puppies

Fresh fish need to increase the service

I had the seafood combo.And let me say., it looked as bad as it tasted. It looked like they change the cooking oil Once a year. Not when it's REALLY needed. I ate at long john silver. Many years ago.Up by lake Erie.,it NEVER looked and tasted this bad. I would not recommend this food place to my worst enemy. I have seen many a fine restaurants go down hill.Trying to save money. And sacrifice taste . KFC, LONGJOHN SILVER.,MC DONALDS. BURGER KING.The younger generation will never know what a real hamburger, or a tasty fish sandwich really should taste like., I'm 70 and miss the old Food. This is all GARBAGE we eat today.
