Yes down town lone star is wheel chair accessible. It has an outside area in the back also in the summer and is accessible from the front as well all year long.

I've been to lone star as part of a large group but I did not make the arrangements. There were about 20 of us. Nearby kingston brew pub has upstairs private rooms for groups. I would recommend them over lone star if you have a big group.
