Love this place!! The service is spectacular!! I’m there 2-3 times a week looking for my favorite bartender EVAN!! I never have to ask for a refill/next drink or a food menu if I’m hungry. I swear I go more for Evans service than the atmosphere!! Thanks for working there Evan YOU ROCK!!!

While the service can be slow and forgetful, the location is nice and usually not over-busy. The bar counter is almost always sticky/dirty, but it’s nice to sit on the water, beers cost around $8-9 and mixed drinks are around $12+

If you go to Lone Palm see Salzano. He is full of energy, entertaining, and makes amazing drinks. We will definitely be back. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!

Great drinks & service, had the Cubano sandwich and Hotdog, fried jalapenos, very tasty, portions are huge. Ordered a Zombie, I don't like sweet drinks and this fit the bill, refreshing and packs a punch ;)

So every single day we visit Universal we spend at least a few hours here. The cocktails are fabulous, especially the Bahama Mama. Can't beat the atmosphere of drinking cocktails under palm trees with your toes in the sand. Joe and Joi are THE BEST bartenders we've ever had. They always go the extra mile and make you feel so welcome. Hands down my favorite place to be in CityWalk.

Nice spot for a beer or margarita outside with sand under the tables. Biggest downside was they won’t turn on the heaters unless the temperature was low enough, didn’t matter if all the guests were feeling cold because of the wind.

We came with a group of 6 last week and we were lucky enough to be waited on by Bethany! While the vibe was overall great, Bethany really went above and beyond to create a phenomenal experience for us. Bethany, truly dealt with my indecision in the best way possible and suggested a wonderful margarita for me- the Shark Fin was delicious. It was a small area on city walk but definitely worth stopping by for a Shark Fin and some wings!

Very nice bar, part of the Universal City Walk. The best thing is the location next to the lake, and its relaxed atmosphere. Prices are high, but it is the norm within Orlando parks.
