Great to see a vegetarian option downtown for when you have a show at Place des Arts or you are enjoying the festivities of the summer festivals. A gorgeous location. The food is great, varied menu. Fast service and friendly staff.

We happened upon this location while walking around looking for dinner, and I'm glad we did as it was a great introduction to both Montreal's dining and vegan scenes. The house was packed on a Sunday night, and as we had no reservations, we decided to sit at the bar.We shared an order of the chickpea fries alla putanesca and the braised mushroom poutine, and I had the Catnip beer. Everything was delicious and flavorful, with the chickpea fries being very reminiscent of falafel (a personal favorite). The Catnip beer was also impressive with a dry and herbal/floral characteristic. The bartender, Jonah (sp?), was our server and he was likewise great, so we wanted to give a shout-out to him and the service we received there.

Great place for vegetarian and vegan fare. I've tried two dishes (yellow curry and the chilly) and appetizers (crispy cauliflowers and chick pea fries) and everything was absolutely delicious. Service is perfect and the staff friendly. And prices are on par for such quality. This is the place for me for vegetarian food.

Love this restaurant, everything is so tasty! The service is really good and fast, finally a restaurant with amazing food prep, you just know they can handle anything in the kitchen. I wish they would make some food to buy at the grocery store, I would stock on that chili for all my lunches 😋The location feels more spacious than the others, you don't feel like your sitting on your neighbours laps like on the Milton Street location.

The food was impeccable. The tartare is seriously magical. The ambiance and music is just perfect. And to top it all of, learnt they're going fully vegan which is even better ! This place is more than a recommendation it's must stop visit in Montreal.

Such amazing vegetarian food! My family isn't vegetarian but for Holy Weekend we don't eat meat, and we were in Montreal for the weekend and decided to go here. It was amazing! Their vegetarian gravy, made from mushrooms and beans, although it didn't taste exactly like gravy, was amazing and suited the fries and cheese very well! The vegetarian burger didn't taste flavorless, it was delicious and tasted great. Everything we had was amazing and the people are so nice! Even the atmosphere is beautiful.

Oh what a place! I am a hearty meat eater and I would honestly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have some really good quality and very very tasty food. The falafels, the hummus, the tahini and anything they served were so good that I was blown away. The ambience is very nice, cozy and it's super comfortable. The servers were really nice and was worth every penny. I have the sweet potato burger and I must say the best veggie burger I have ever had!

Went here on a Saturday night. The place is extremely noisy. Mostly female, under 30 crowd. The food in general was great, service was good. Their veggie-burgers were tasty and a generous size with side fries and salad. My wife complained that her dish (tufu braise) was worse than something she would throw together from leftovers :)) Overall, worth it, just be aware of the above.

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan, but I'll say this. They have the best tomatoe soup I have ever had. Chill atmosphere, but parking in the area is tough.

I recently went for dinner at Lola Rosa for the first time and I can’t wait to come back.I was quite impressed with the place (very clean and comfy, well-located and easy to access) and the staff, which was super friendly. We ordered a cajun burger (in the photo) and a spinach lasagna and they were both delicious. Food was well seasoned and tasted great. I am looking forward to trying the other dishes.Prices are reasonable for the quality and size.I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

Great vegetarian place with wonderful atmosphere and ambiance. Delicious gluten-free options also available. (Only chickpea flower goes in the fryer so no cross contamination!) The location on Milton is cosier but the 3 stories at the St. Catherines location allow for more rooms for groups. Love the notes and drawings people leave in the table drawers!!

Second visit to this establishment. I decided to be a bit more adventurous in my meal today, and it was glorious. I follow a gluten-free diet (medical reasons) and had all my inquiries answered swiftly and effectively.

Best vegan nachoes I have ever had! Get them in your life now! Also the sangria's are fantastic. The service was great even when it was super busy and we were super drunk. This place is great. Affordable too if you order the right stuff. I will be coming back!

Frankly, as a meat-er I'm usually disappointed when it comes to vegan restaurants. My girlfriend's vegan so I've been to a lot. But I was surprised how enjoyable the food was and I left satisfied. Staff was also very friendly and helpful and the interior delightful.

For a meat lover served with vegan food, the food was great and filling. Nice ambience as well at Place des spectacles!
