Disappointed in heath score. Only 91. Been this way over a year.My steak was so chewy, literally had to spit most of it out onto napkin. I couldn't eat over half of it.Chop House this isn't. I mean, chew and chew and chew and still could not swallow. Not tender by any means and tough. Exact same thing I get at Chop House but world of difference at Logan's.Must get different grade of beef than other places. Might want to read health score and problems having. Just inside front door before Going through second set of doors.I will say one thing, young man waiting the table was extremely polite and kind. Very nice and attentive. He's good at what he does.

Worst service I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Waited over 10 minutes to get drinks. Once we got a basket of rolls there were gnats baked into them. We had to wait 25 minutes to order and had to pull a different server at another table. Then had to wait over and hour for cold food. Pointed out every issue to the manager and she said she’d discount our order (we made it a point to say that a discount didn’t matter) however she insisted and took five dollars off. We weren’t the only party to complain. Several people just got up and left.. horrible. I’ll never go back.

We ordered burgers and fries and couple of blue moons. just to keep it simple ..got our beers, no oranges...45 minutes later, got our food. I ordered the fried cheese and bacon burger , and there was no bacon, one little pickle, one piece of white/yellow lettuce, and half a tomato wedge...also the fries were not done, still white and tasted frozen ...the cook said that is the way they always are. I eat here all the time, last time they were brown and cooked. Save you money..You can get a better burger and fries at a fast food place.
