Had to wait for 50 minutes but food and service good

The only reason I gave it a 4/5 was because I branched out and tried the French dip sandwich. The meat tasted like it was frozen and just didn’t hit the spot. I’ll continue to get my usual from now on. Besides that the service is always on point. We always get a smile and fast service. Side note: if you’re facing the hostesses with the bar at your back and go to the section all of the way back by the windows there is a hole in the floor at one table on the left. That needs to be fixed.

Great Service, Great Steaks & Quick. Even on a Friday night at 6pm. Will definitely go back!

Good place to eat. I've been here twice in the past month. The first of two was with my grandchildren and the steaks were overcooked. Management resolved it immediately. Second visit was with one of my children. Food was cooked perfectly. Only problem was they put my steak on top of my potatoes and it was a tiny splat of potatoes. Guess it's a way to cut back? Outside of that minor blip it was delicious. I know to request potatoes on the side.

Fillet was tough and over cooked...sent back. Replacement ribeye just ok. Baked potato was excellent. Service was ok..nothing special!

The food was good but took about 30minutes to get the food.

Our server was good but that was about all. My steak was overcooked and it took until my husband was done eating his overcooked salmon to get it back. But that time my sides were cold and they didn't even offer me fresh sides. Definitely not worth $40 when there are other steakhouses in town that offer much higher quality food and service for the same money or less.

Caesar salad was excellent. Rolls and baked potato were good. But the Ribeye steak was one of the worse steaks I've ever had. Full of gristle. Waitress didn't seem too upset about it. Steaks at this place are hit or miss. The last time I ate here, the Ribeye was very good. Certainly not this time...

Busy but great service and full bellies with awesome food

Meh is the best word to describe the steak I had. It was their signature steak "The Logan". You'd think that if was their signature steak that it would actually have flavor. At least put salt and pepper on it before you cook it to provide some sort of flavor. Also, if you order your steak medium, then make sure you order it as medium well. My medium steak came out mooing. It bled so much I thought I cut an artery. The fries were soggy, also bland. The reason for 2 stars is that my mother liked her food ok.

Awful food! We went in because they messed up a to go order and told me they would get my next meal. Went back and the food came out cold sreaks were not good. Will not be going back! Used to be my go to place but has slipped down to my no go place now!

All three of our steaks were overcooked, and the mashed potatoes were so thick they looked and felt more like a biscuit. However, the customer service was great and if we would have had time we would have allowed them to cook our steaks correctly, but we didn't so the manager discounted them for us and was apologetic. To me this shows that they care about the product their selling. We live 45 min away but will definitely try them again in the futur.

Best steak around. Love the yeast rolls.

We arrived around 1pm and were seated right away. The 3 of us ordered the same thing. It took more time than we expected since we all had a salad topped with chicken. The salad was excellent. We were glad to have ordered the salad as it was very refreshing and filling. Would definitely go back again.
