Logan's Roadhouse

Potato Soup to salty could not eat it and the wings my wife ordered to way over cooked.We usually get real good food but tonight was terrible probably be a while before we return

Love Logan's roadhouse! I've never had a bad experience and have been there during the busiest of times. Food is great and so is the service.

We had our steak dinner at Logan's tonight, and I wish we would have gone anywhere else. Though our experiences here are generally good, my husband became violently I'll from the turned ribeye they served him. After a few bites I kept hearing him comment about it not tasting right and this couldn't be due to his stuffy nose that something was wrong and I should taste it. Thankfully I smelled the steak before I tasted it because that meat had obviously turned! The manager promptly took care of the bill, but this did not make up for their lack of food safety! Its a 20 minute drive home for us and we barely made it through the door and he was vomiting. This will be the last time we eat there...its not worth the risk to our health!

This place just isn’t what it used to be. Service has always been excellent when I go, but the food is just not good. Twice I’ve been now and the food was just not hot and fresh. Love the Roadhouse teas though and rolls. But don’t think I’ll be returning.

Just picked up gift certificates from the bar yet was quick and painless! Nice bartender!

Decent bone in ribeye steak a little undercooked but seasoned well enough...

I have only been here a few times at this Gastonia location. We were seated and it wasn’t busy. Our waitress took our order and we waited and waited and finally another waitress brought us our salads. I poured my dressing on my salad and out comes our food. This is the worst, especially when you get a salad. There should be wait time. So by the time I ate my salad, my sweet potato and chicken was cold. The manager came to the table to inquire how everything was and I told her. So she got me another sweet potato and that was it. I felt we should have had a discount or something. We still never saw our waitress and therefore no tip was left. I was very disappointed and no one seemed to care. We won’t be back! Long Horn is so much better.

My kids love this place. The peanuts are fun. My food is always delicious, and the wait staff is great.

One of my 16 year old and myself favorite places to go hangout and have an inexpensive very tasty and cook to order steak dinners!... Very fresh and good food... Staff are always friendly... Staple for 20 plus years...

Great food as always but the service was a little subpar. I asked for chips but got fries and we never got extra napkins after asking twice.

Steak was mediocre and not cooked correctly. It would be nice if it was seasoned properly... Also the sides are mediocre now as well. The brewski onions use to be amazing, but what I had tonight was disappointing. The bread and cinnamon butter was the best thing brought out.Used to they had awesome steaks and sides, I don't know if it's management or what but please bring the old Logans back!!!

The service was good the steak was terrible never ate a bite ordered rare was med. At best other than that it was ok. Grilled veggies where great and wife had salmon was also good just cant cook steaks.

This steakhouse never fails to disappoint! No matter how busy they are, the service is always good and the food is always fresh and out quickly. This is one of my favorite sit down restaurants and my go to for a date night!

We got there 16-19 minutes before closing. The barmaid was nice. We were able to get appetizers and have a couple of drinks. Nobody rushed us out being they closed at 10pm. Thanks for the good hospitality.

Love love love logans. Manager is the best. Hes on top of everything. Food is awesome. We love to eat here.
