Went to this bar for the first time, last night, oh man. This is by far the worst bar in worcester. Not only was the service horrible, the bouncers were equally horrible. I watched as they tossed a person down the flight of stairs for no reason. The service took about 20 minutes to get one drink (and it wasn't even that crowded). This bar should be closed down immediately. I can't believe the stuff I saw there, including a bartender dropping the ICE SCOOP on the ground and then picking it back up and placing it right back in the ice. DON'T go to this bar. It's horrible.

Awful customer service. Collectively, called them two consecutive days adding up to 15+ calls. No one answered. How can a business serve their customers without listening to them, to their questions? I solely wanted to know the entrance age restriction but because no one assisted me.
