Loak Toung Thai

This was a wonderful hole in the wall joint. Not a lot of seating but the food is phenomenal, some of the best Thai I've ever had (and that's saying something cause it isn't the "standard" Thai you usually get as the owner/operator is from a unique part of Thailand).

It's been a random find but one of the best and most authentic thai places around. The price is great too and the portions are awesome with plenty of veggies so we know it's made with care.

To the contrary, we found both the food and the service to be exceptional. And as we are from the Seattle area, our family has had many opportunities to try a variety of Thai restaurants - good and bad - and rest assured that Loak Toung Thai is right up there with the best of them. I had the Panang curry, long one of my favorites, and it was superb - perfectly textured, with rich, complex flavors.

Small but surely was very warm and friendly. Love the staff. My favorite place to eat. If you wanted an authentic experience choose Loak Toung Thai.

Place was crowded for lunch, they said it is also crowded for dinner. The restaurant is small and easy to miss. It's in a little strip mall. Choices are limited but the food was good, plentiful and fresh. The place is inexpensive so I gave it 5 stars, if it was more money I would give it 4 stars. I did just have a lunch special but will go back for dinner sometime and see how they are with a more varied menu.

Love this place. Food is always one point, fresh, authentic. Small but homey dining. Closed on Mondays I believe.

Really great Thai food. Wish parking and space inside wasn't as much as an issue as it can be sometimes, because otherwise I'd eat here all the time!

Authentic and very tasty food! The food is as good as the one I had in Thailand. The owners are very welcoming too.

Happy to discover this fabulous little thai restaurant. Authentic delicious food made with love, friendly family, menu items not found at other thai restaurants, great selections of imported Asian beers plus 2 local beers on tap. Be sure to check out their daily specials. Prices are great. They stay true to the spicey scale. My 2 stars was perfect.

This restaurant is fabulous! The food is purchased by the chef every morning at the local markets... And although it is a tiny little hole-in-the-wall place that can be very easily missed, it is well worth seeking it out and finding it! You will not be sorry that you did! It is definitely a hidden treasure!!👍

Well, I finally gave it a try. The food is good however it's not great. I don't mean to say I wouldn't go back they have some cool dishes. The deep fried cauliflower is very interesting and definitely worth a reorder. I had a spicy noodle dish and asked for it to be very spicy. It came out and I was pleasantly surprised I did not need to add any spicy additions.
