Llama was probably the most unique dining experience we have ever had. George took fantastic care of us, making sure to take our preferences into account before making any recommendations. We started with the beef heart which has a really cool presentation, that almost rivals the flavor. My wife had the ceviche which she said was the best she had ever had. I had the surf and turf which was shrimp and flank steak over an awesome creamy noodle. The noodles we're unexpected but really good.

Passable Peruvian food for people who have never consumed it, nothing special, good service and nice presentation..but....really stupid EXPENSIVE and OVERPRICED, the prices are for a luxury restaurant not for a place like this.Always an excuse never an apology, even in the owner responses there is always an offense or sarcasm

Really, really, incredible. If you like fresh seafood, and some of the most exquisite flavor combinations, you should absolutely visit Llama.Don't worry about being too spicy, too unusual, anything of that nature. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent experience.

Exquisite peruvian restaurant with a creative twist to each dish. The atmosphere, decor and feel is cozy and impressive. It is a small space, so a reservation is strongly suggested. However, they were able to accommodate us without one.Try the Anticuchos. You will be amazed from the moment it arrives at your table (have your camera ready!!) to the moment you savor it. Your taste buds will thank you! It is obvious that the chef had carefully thought out the recipe and the presentation of this dish. Follow your anticuchos with the lomo saltado. You will not regret it. And keep an eye out for the llama cooking in the kitchen!

Hands down the best restaurant in St Augustine, maybe best in NE Florida. The flavor combinations are just incredible, and the service is as professional as they come. A++ we will keep coming here for all our special occasions

Hidden gem in St. Augustine! The young, talented & charismatic Chef Marcel has created a dining experience like none other in this magical historic city. His modern take on Peruvian food is whimsical yet refined. Dish after dish, he took us on a flavorful tour of his incredible cuisine. If you’re in town, make a reservation at Llama. You don’t want to miss out on this experience.

It's an intimate and homely setting. The food, including the experience, was amazing. Everytime they brought out a dish there would be a story or history that came along with it. For example, I ordered the Andean chocolate mousse, and it came on a piece of bark, see the photo, and the staff explained that it originated from the woodlands in Peru (I don't specifically remember). The passion fruit cilantro sauce for the Paiche was a unique experience and will need to be repeated. And the appetizers were all so good. We had a little bit of a wait because they ran out of gas in the back but that didn't stop us from enjoying the food and the company.

Llama is an experience... great service and amazing food. Presentation is great with decent sized portions, you will leave Llama satisfied. Llama is a small cozy restaurant so reservations are a must. It's not hard to get reservations if you try a couple days before.

An amazing place to eat in St. Augustine. Food and service was amazing. Dishes were innovative and tasty, while portions were not too large. Ice cream dessert was one of the best I've ever had. I can't recommend this place enough.

Very nice restaurant, very small/intimate in good way. The staff was super friendly. The corn and plantains are delicious. The food is very unique but both my wife and thought it was too salty. One other down side is the bathroom, you have to go outside around the back. Would I go back, absolutely.

What an amazing place in this small city!Don't miss the octopus! And, if you really want to be surprised, just try the Mar y Tierra ( kind of lomo Salteado but with pasta). Great food. Make sure you have a reservation, is very small.

Unforgettable experience and food. The best service, presentation, and taste I’ve ever experienced. And somehow it’s still quaint. They even source some of their food straight from the Amazon. If you regret your experience at this place then you don’t know good food. Give it a try. Favorites: octopus, beef heart, quinotto. The steak is out of this world. Heads up, appetizers are meager in portion (but not in taste), but the entrees are plenty of food.

Food was excellent. We got a trio appetizer, which was different but good. After the appetizer we were handed little spoons of something to try out for free. The entree was cooked perfectly medium rare steak that cook little to no chewing because it was so juicy and tender. Would go again. I would say top 10 places to go to when visiting

It’s the day after and I am still talking about how delicious and beautifully displayed my food was, my friends are rapidly getting tired of listening to me about Llamas, haha!

One of the best Peruvian experience I've had! Make sure to get a reservation. We did not but luckily still got a seat. Everything we ordered was awesome, service was great, presentation was cool. The mushroom ceviche was really unique and good, I highly recommend it.
