Lizard Thicket

One of my favorite places to eat when the wife doesn't feel like cooking. The hamburger steak and the pot roast are the best but i haven't had anything there that I haven't liked so you definitely can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Great food! Love the liver pudding with grits. Good hospitality! Reasonable prices!

The food tastes as well as can be expected, but, the portions are so small.

I had a craving for some peach pie & long story short.This place was one of the only place that had it & it was pretty good. Nice place for some good southern food with some flavor.

Party of seven. Took a good 15 minutes to get drinks and glasses were left empty until we asked for refills. Collards have sugar in them and way to much, don’t personally care for sugar in my collards. Mac and cheese was pretty decent and I liked the dressing and gravy. Rolls were hard, rice and gravy was bland, you could tell it was packaged gravy. Chicken and rice soup was straight out of the can and they add some cut up pieces of breast. Tea was good. Manager rude. Won’t be going back. This was outlet first time there by the way.

Food was very cool except the fried okra but was suppose to be hot food...Waitress Janis at the one on Two Notch didnt check on us but 1 time right after she set the plates on table...no extra napkins or refills...cornbread barely cooked...didnt get anymore of those either...pot roast looked like it came out of a can...took food home to reheat mac & cheese & collards...meat going to the dogs! Wont go there again...Not a good place to eat!

The food is good and the people are friendly your food come out nice and hot

This is one of two places I go to for take out pizza (the other being Dominos on Mapleview). The dough is tasty, not too thick, not to thin, cooked perfectly and consistently. Sauce is great. Toppings always taste good. Nothing in particular to say about the service, as a visit here is more or less in and out. Got meat lovers and Hawaiian pizzas today.

Great place to go when you get a little lazy an dont want to cook, but still want a good meal.. Need more places like it

The food continues to be great, especially the fried chicken chef salad, but apparently they recently changed the size of their to-go plates for the drive thru. The smaller sizes are discouraging.

Been visiting off-and-on for decades, and it's always good. Home style comfort foods, Southern style. Price has always been reasonable, and service has always been good.

It was not filling, the money I paid for a meal, you do not get enough for that portion. Two small pieces of fish, flounder. Fried Okra, Carrot and Raisin Salad. My order had small portions for a child not an adult. I order more fish and okra. The drink I wad given was not a good drink, so the nice waitress took it and gave me the right size drink. Thank God I asked God to bless my food, it probably was someone cooking who had a beef with me. The Collards was to sweet, I do not like sugar in my collard greens. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THAT LIZARD THICKET ON TWO NOTCH ROAD NEAR TARGET!

Always good. This is a really good local chain southern style restaurant. The food is good and so are the prices. In addition to the chef salad with fried chicken (my favorite) they serve meat and veges combos with a laundry list of vegetable sides to choose from.

The food is always fresh and good. I love the salmon breakfast.
