Not only do I love the variety of cuisines at the lunch buffet, but I also like how friendly, interacting, and engaging the staff are.Our visit to Dubai is not complete without a visit to Liwan Restaurant.Special thanks to Chef Sharif Awad, Oriental Chef, for taking the time to explain to my wife how to make a great Syrian hummus. Now I can't wait to get home and see how good she was listening 😊

We enjoyed our iftar yesterday the variety was good from different arabic and international appetizers ,desserts, fresh fruits and juices and taste amazing with live shawarma station and loqaymat.Main dishes range from meat to chicken with only 1 local fish dish. Ambience was nice with very friendly staff and live arabic music. 4 stars becoz main dishes need more salt and peppers
