Tasteless food. Overpriced and mostly mushy rice. Do not recommend at all

Tap water is the best tasting food I got after 20 min wait. I also ordered dumplings. They stick together and are nowhere near authentic or good tasting food. The source was sweet. btw. The Chinese translation is funny.

Nice restaurant on the go with sophisticated ambiance. You can sit down by yourself and order via tablet, paying immediately with card at the embedded system on the table.Dishes are prepared before and cooked/heated up at the moment.Service is fast and price is quite high

This cute little place at Newark airport had the worst pad Thai I have ever eaten. It was super sweet and tasted like oranges. The worst!! I’m giving it two Star’s because I also ordered pork belly buns and those were amazing.

The food is okay. It was far too expensive. Not worth $30 for five dumplings and a small bowl of noodles. Also, there's no real waiters, so there's basically no service here. It's probably the best option in Terminal C, but I'd rather have Panda Express or something.

possibly the worst airport food on this planet and accompanied by extremely lackadaisical service. Thus includes an experience that gave me travel belly..! ordered scallion pancakes that were HORRIBLE! Flat in flavor appearance and absolutely no scallions in there. I don't know whose recipe this is, but this needs to be discarded right away and this place needs to be replaced with a franchise... Yes i said it.

Very expensive for not a lot of food. We paid $8 for 5 pork dumplings and one of them came with half the skin missing. It was also $19 for a burnt egg on top of rice with small chunks of pork on top. You're better off spending the $6 on a sandwich from one of the convenient stores in the terminal.

It feel so good after a long flight. You can tell from an empty bowl picture.. yummy. The ramen broth is delicious .. a hinge of spicy but it's good.

What a cool experience, everything done through the otg stations at the seats. Very smooth and easy. Also I ordered the Kani Kama Salad - super light and refreshing, perfect snack while on the go!!

A true gem among the plethora of typical fast food places at Newark Airport that serve boring sandwiches, salads and burgers; Little Purse Dumpling Den surprises with its authentic hot Asian food. The entire experience of dinning is perfect. You just grab a place, order what you want on the tablet and you get it in less than 10 minutes. The menu is well crafted with a good mix of dumplings, fried rice and noodles. Food is flavorful and service super quick which makes it a great option for travellers looking for a quick meal before boarding a flight. Next time if you are boarding at Newark Terminal C, do try this place! (I read in many reviews that the food here was terrible. I think they reopened after being closed for some time and they have improved. May be the bad reviews are from their old time. Most people around me seemed to be really happy with their food)

Pricey, but not worthy of it. I’ve had Panda Express more impressive than this, though at least it is filling! A cocktail is $14.... wow... You have to harass them to get a refill. The payment kiosk thingy on the iPad at the table is how you order & pay ...is annoying & glitchy - I saw several others have issue with it. It also clashes with the idea of them trying feel like a swanky spot. I did like the music! And they aren’t necessarily rude, just not that interested

The Chinese signs ars till there but it seems to have morphed into a breakfast place of sorts (across C101). Ordering on the tablet takes about 5 times as long as it would normally and it automatically adds a 18% tip, which this place surely isn't deserving of. Getting a bagel took a total of 10 minutes and the "Everything Bagel" had nothing on it.The other satellite seems to have more options.

Giving it two stars because the food was fairly decent. However, we used our miles to pay. The subtotal said it was 3100 miles, but then we got an email saying that our mileage account was hit for over 7000 miles! We called over the manager who said that this has happened many, many times before. And he has spoken to his boss about it, but nothing gets fixed. Disgraceful and probably illegal.

Early morning stopover allowed me a quick bagel order. Got the everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese which was nicely and quickly toasted and plenty to eat. Almost every shop and restaurant is cashless, including this one, so orders are taken via digital pads... idk what you’d do if you didn’t have a credit card. Quick and fast service... interestingly had silverware fork and spoon but plastic metal looking knives (security?). Prices are to be expected at airport eateries. Did not get to try the Asian food or regular menu items as was not available during the time I was there.

So pleasantly surprised by this Asian food place in an airport terminal! Goodbye to the cold sandwiches and salads! The food is not the best Chinese food I’ve had but it’s good enough as comfort food before going on a long flight! Water is free so don’t forget to ask for it! The price is a little high for its portion size but nothing is cheap in the airport.

Questions & Answers

I never tried to call them, but the phone number should be +18 665083558, according to most of web data

No. It's in an airport.

Their service is abysmal and it's impossible to get in contact with a manager, even in person. You can try going through Newark customer service at 973-961-6000 but I wouldn't count on getting anywhere.
