As a long time fan of its predecessor, Koko's, I am thoroughly pleased by Little L's preservation of many of the same favorites (almond croissant, milk azuki, etc) while showcasing original creativity in new items! The staff are friendly and service is efficient despite being a small shop with a long line of hungry customers :)

A,fave place , delicious pastries! Super bread

One of my favorite bakeries, hands down! And everyone there is so kind. Big fan of their scones, the egg deli roll and their croissants are heavenly. Also don't miss out on the mango sticky rice!

Love this little bakery. High quality baked goods made fresh each day. Wide variety. Tasty French and Japanese style items. Granola. Bread. Coffee drinks. Friendly staff. This is formerly "Koko" bakery and it retains the charm and high quality of Koko. Definitely recommend.

Little small shop that has taken over kokos bakery. The curry bread has changed quite a bit tho compared to kokos. Not as fluffy but the filling seems to taste better. Definitely still a must go for little Japanese bakery snacks.

Cute little bakery! As someone who lives a few minutes away looking for somewhere to get breakfast a couple times a week, I went in and bought about 8 different pastries to try with my girlfriend. My personal favorites were the blueberry danish and bacon onion roll. My girlfriend enjoyed the cheese corn roll and her maple latte. The employees were extremely pleasant and helpful! One thing of note, we warmed the pastries at home before eating them as they were cold, I'd imagine you could request them heated up when you purchase. Also, the sweet dog roll is literally a roll with sweet filling rather than a hot dog roll you may find in other bakeries. No issues at all, I will be back soon to try the savory croissants 😋

This is the best bakery in Newton. Highly recommend. The mini walnut tarts and blueberry scones are my favorite! The mini Lemon cookies too!

Little L is one of the most unique and amazing bakeries. There is so much to try.

speciality in Japanese style bread and bakery. too bad only open for 3 days, Thur to Saturday. could be nice to have more days to open.

Tasty asian bakery treats. And good value, don't believe I saw anything above 5$. Everything we got was good. Melon Pan, Sticky Roll, Strawberry Cream Roll, etc. I recommend swinging by if you are in the area.

As Always, a great place for asian pastries and coffee. Love the their color changing drink! Go next door and buy some cheesecakes, they are awesome too. We go every other weekend. Recommended.
