Little Green Hive is an independently owned Coffee and Smoothie Bar located in historic downtown Roanoke, VA. Specializing in and proudly serving locally roasted, fair trade and organic coffee, exotic teas, and handcrafted whole-fruit smoothies. We believe in buying local because it strengthens the bond of our community. We only serve real, quality ingredients because we want to support the life and vitality of our neighborhood! All our coffee is roasted is small batches for maximum freshness by Red Rooster Coffee Roasters in Floyd VA. Our milk is graciously provided by local, healthy, 100% jersey cows from Duchess Dairy in Rural Retreat. Winner of National Dairyman of the Year in 2015! All our pastries and treats are either house-made or locally sourced from craft bakers.

Nice quaint little place. Great coffee

Tasty drinks and vegan wrap. The mango smoothie (apparently like an Indian mango lassi) was decent, but definitely not a lassi and could not taste kardamon. Cute location, plenty of seating. I like the new one in Christiansburg, too. Great staff.
Lovely Southern Life
Little Green Hive serves locally roasted coffee by Red Rooster out of Floyd. You can easily tell the difference between coffee that is freshly roasted and coffee that is not. The shop, located inside 16 W Marketplace is cute and the coffee was great.
