Little Caesar's Pizza

While I love Little Caesar's pizza and especially their crazy bread, visiting this location has been more than frustrating with their incredibly poor service, the sorry attitudes of most of the employees, and the SLOW wait times for what is supposed to be "Hot and Ready". However last night a young man, named Justin, waited on me. He was friendly, had exceptional customer service, and a smile on his face. I know he is new. And I pray that this poorly ran store doesn't jade him. I hope his able to continue shining in a place where no one else does.

Well it's little ceasers, it's great when your feeding 8 to 10 kids or just need to stop in and get something quick but if you want a special order just call 30 min. Ahead they focus on hot and ready first. And try not to focus on the staff's appearance they don't really care about that.

Absolute garbage! Either the area manager or franchise owner is blind or doesn't care. Hot and ready is never either of those. Wait times are horrible to the point I believe they are just in sloth mode for the sake of being in it. Can they be decent? Yes but anything over "completely dead" expect trash service and wait 15-20 minutes for a hot and ready....yes 15-20! Save your money and go buy frozen pizzas.

Very disappointed to come into the business and be told by staff what I can and can not order...and the excuse is it's Halloween! I wanted a upgraded hot and ready and was told no, " we only making regular hot and ready pizzas today" end qoute. I will never come to this place again! Why have a menu if you can't order from it! Totally a waste of my time! Management needs to get this place in order....just make the easy pizzas on holidays...where is that posted or the sign that states that?

( I ) Used to like little ceasars, until they gave me an uncut hot and ready pizza on Feb 18th 2020. Still waiting on a refund or another pizza. I wonder if I should just skip it all and call the health department on the chicago drive location? Any thoughts........

They are lucky they even get 1 star they need to change their Hot and Ready logo.Because it's never ready to go. I always have to wait 30 min to an hour for my pizza I called a few minutes ago and I have to wait one hour for my pizza it's so damb Frustrating

I wanted to order a pizza at 8:27pm. They close at 9pm. She told me they stooped taking orders at 8:30pm. No sweetheart, its only 3 minutes to 8:30. With a huge sigh she took my order...seriously....

Came in at 6:45pm on a Saturday to get a hot & ready Extra Most Bestest & 3 meat or thin crust (all are supposed to be ready to go between 5om & 8pm). None of those pizzas were available. They only had cheese & regular pepperoni. I asked how long till they came out of the oven (since they are supposed to put new ones in when they run out) and they said "I don't have any in the oven, it will be 30-40 minutes". I asked what was in the oven and they said "more regular pepperoni". I asked if it was a special order and they said no... So I left without buying anything. They had 7 people working - one up front, 6 in back - and they couldn't keep menu advertised hot and ready pizza in the hot box & oven. I was surprised. They definitely need retraining.

Wouldn't make out order. was "TOO BIG "?!?!?! No other customers and 6 staff standing around talking. Not sure how they stay in business when they wont sell pizz . Very dissapointed

An excellent “chain” pizza for the money. Plus everything is always consistent and you know what you’re always going to get. Plus scratch made pizza crust is good as well. In addition pizzas are always nice and cheesy and the breadsticks are always nice and soft as well. I only wish little Caesars offer boneless chicken wings, I was a little disappointed that they didn’t offer any. A cool feature at least about this location, is if you order online, you’ll be emailed a barcode which you can then scan and unlock your pizza without waiting in line if there is one or at least not check out with the cashier.

You definitely get your bang for your buck. Wish you would bring the pretzel pizza more often.

This store is probably the cleanest Little Caesar's I've been to. I will go out of my way to visit this location.

My wife and I stopped here yesterday for a quick dinner option. They were super busy but the girl at the counter was funny and fast and the people in the cooking area were fast and actually communicating like a well oiled machine! I was impressed and even though they were busy and running out of pizzas left and right they made it work as a team and my wife and I walked out of there in about 2-4 minutes with pizza, crazy bread and sauce.
