Little Caesars

Pizza is ok. Definitely not hot. How does one forget to cut a pizza, though? Mushroom pizza is uncut. I definitely did not request an uncut pizza, as I do not own a pizza cutter. Guess it’s time to absolutely butcher a pizza with a steak knife.

This experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. My fiancé waited 30 minutes for breadsticks and a pepperoni pizza, he comes home and it’s only a cheese pizza. He continues to say the teenagers working had friends hanging out in the facility while taking about a PARTY they were going to later and how badly they wanted to leave work to go. I mean how unprofessional can you get. A man ordered a pizza and all the toppings were on one side so when he asked to get it fixed he got a sarcastic “oh man I’m so sorry” and then a young girl continued to throw her hands up and say “I didn’t do it I’m not fixing it.” Trust me I understand places can be busy. But it’s not hard to maintain a professional work place. I love little ceasars. But we will not be back to this location on cedar bluff.

Everytime I go here to pick up an order, they take 30 mins longer than the original ETA. It never fails. Sometimes they forget to make my order entirely until I remind them 20 mins in to waiting. This place is really unprofessional and careless and it's sad that nothing is being done about it.

I just watched the store manager use both her cell and business phone plus use her hands to push trash down while making pizzas without ever washing her hands and definitely no gloves used

This place was always my go to for cheap, decent pizza. But the pizza I got from them Saturday night was undercooked. I tried to heat it through by putting it in my oven @400 for 20 minutes. This seemed to crisp it up, but my husband and I have been sick to our stomachs all day. That's what I get for ordering a supreme. I guess they're oven is not equipped to handle the extra toppings.

Waited in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting. Staff showed little concern for the wait and the whole process seemed very unorganized. Once we got the pizza home we discovered the pizza was not cut properly.

I usually come here all the time because it's pretty great! But the extra most best I just got wasnt even an extra most best wasnt even cut and was cold. You have lost yourself a customer.

They are always busy so give them some credit! They work as fast as they can even when they are constantly getting a new person walking in. They have taken steps to ensure faster take out for their customers with the warming kiosk and doing everything in their power to make the customer have an enjoyable experience. If you are not calling a head or ordering online, yes expect a wait and don't complain. If your order is not right, they are only human, just ask for a refund or replacement, they always do the right thing and help you out!

Ordered a pizza I was in a hurry on lunch break & there aaa no sauce on the entire pizza!! Ruined my whole meal!!!!

They are always hot n' ready

This Caesar’s is always so busy. But with the addition of the Portal, speed has definitely improved. I will not order from them if the portal is offline. The thin crust is a nice addition. Hard to beat a hot and ready with the prices!

Yummy food!

Have to give it a star to review it but it 0 stars was a choice that's what they would get. Ordered 2 pizzas sat for over 1hr waiting on the 2 pizzas then got them opened them up and they weren't cooked!!! Never again will we eat at this little cesar's!
