Great service! Quick fast and in a hurry!

Very inexpensive food. Entire pizzas for five dollars. Yet you get what you pay for. The food is good enough to eat, but there's a reason nobody is raving about it.

Joliet location is terrible. Terrible customer service. They never have any "hot and ready" pizzas ready, so you're always waiting at least 10-15 minutes.

Little Caesars is Little Caesars it's always good no matter where I go. Pizza portal is the best.

I usually stop by this location at least 3xs out the week. The night shift always has a welcoming vibe vs the mornings (she’s extremely rude). Although, they’re not always “Hot N Ready” at night, they’re warm and welcoming. Ending every transaction with an “enjoy your night” or “have a blessed evening”. The food is excellent when hot. (ITS SOOO MUCH BETTER FRESH vs “Hot N Ready”) Also, the night manager will explain the why, when talking to both workers and customers. If you are a regular, 9x/10 they’ll remember your order and how you like it. My husband and I usual gets a thin crust sausage. With one look, their call our order back “Thin Crust Sausage, light sauce” I feel like a celebrity every time.

Definitely recommend using the Little Caesars App when placing an order. The App is easy to use and allows you to pick up your food order from a hot portal oven. Expect to wait for an order if just walking in. The store is always busy so phone orders are not recommended. The pizza is decent for a chain pizza place. The " Crazy bread" is delicious. The price point is excellent when feeding a large group of people. It's not a gourmet pizza but good enough to satisfy most pizza eaters. Highly recommend using the App when placing an order to avoid any long waits at the store.

This place is filled with useless people that have no idea what they are doing. One simple phone call confuses these people. I’ve now ordered 3 times pre ordering and they’ve messed it up all three times. I hope no one ever uses this location. This place is awful. Hire new staff and fire these losers.

I got the Hawaiian and cheese pizza. The speed was good, and the person who took my order was great.

I love Little Caesars it's the only pizza place where you get a bang for your buck. Unfortunately this location takes away from that experience. I ordered bread sticks and 2 pizzas in advance for pick-up. I was told 15 min so I gave them an extra 10 min before arrival. The pizza nor bread sticks still wasn't ready. I waited 20 min for the food to be prepared which is absolutely unacceptable being that your slogan is hot and ready. So if your coming to this particular location no point in calling ahead just go there and be prepared for a wait.

The pizza tastes delicious and it was hot and fresh. I guess I'm intolerant to cheese though bc yikes.

It's okay because I had a pizza from them 5 yrs ago it was awful this was better could add a real portion of meat or be honest and say no meat I had sausage and could count the pieces.

was in store on march 5th waited all most and hour for my food ,ask for a manager and was told its how the food was put in oven is why im still waiting aked for a refund and now it is march 23rd and no refund yet. do not use a debit card at little caesars you will never get your money back.
