I saw an employee put their hand down the back of their pants and scratch and then offer to make my sandwich with our washing their hands. Yech!!! So a few months went by and I tried it again and this time they didn't have s common vegetable choice and told me it was because subway won't let them offer it. Other subways have banana peppers all over the country at various locations. I give up on those at this location.

Sorry service from untrained employees. Don't try to use the company app, employees are technologically challenged. Sad experience and the owner doesn't care. Poor customer service. Used to be the customer had a say in service. They said sorry, I said I knew that, extremely sorry business. I will not return.

Short Asian guy with glasses supposedly the manager shortchanged me then argued with me. when I persisted and pointed it out more than twice he gave me my money he owed me I'm thinking he takes a couple dollars here and there without people knowing for tips. and he skimpy on a sandwiches

The reason why you have to order your sandwich before you use the restroom is because you have to be a customer to use the restroom. We have to many people that said they would order after they use the restroom and after they are done they walk out with out paying.

Quick service great subs

Fast, and inexpensive sandwich with clear nutrition info.

I drive a few extra miles to go to this subway simply because of its fantastic customer service. The employees are the nicest people at any subway I’ve been to.

Decent food not bad but not great

Daughter ordered a meatball sub. No complaints. Fresh and Good.

There price is different from everybody else won't go back.Iran people don't no how to treat customer. I will start going to the one n grandview.
