They changed deep-dish the crunch butter crust is no more. Bummer!

Ordered lots of pizzas. 15+ and they were hot and ready, right on time. Thanks for the great service. Carried them to the car for me as well.

Pizza is good considering the price, but they take way too long for something that is offered as "hot and ready" between specific hours

Absolutely one of the worst little Caesar's. They are slow to take orders, then the orders come out wrong. I had to leave because the wait time for them to take my order was too long. Then they wouldn't answer calls 2 hours before closing time. I was actually calling prior to pulling up. They were there but just not answering calls. There were no customers in sight & they still managed to get my order wrong. I didn't realize it till I got home plus I was charged extra. I couldn't call back to complain cause again, they don't answer calls. I actually love Little Caesar's pizza. It's too bad they get a bad rep. due to this location's TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I don't care what people say little Ceasars IS NOT budget pizza. Out thin crust with the meats was hot, fresh, deliciousness for a great price. Quickly becoming my favorite Pizza. Thumbs High! 👍

If I could give less than one star to this establishment, I would. One of the staff members decided it was in his best interest to argue with a paying customer, which caused my highly autistic son to have a meltdown in the store. It was the worst display of deplorable service I have ever seen! The employee then followed me and my child out into the parking lot attempting to escalate the situation further. The individual should be ashamed of himself and terminated immediately!!!!

Sent my husband up for bread sticks these a few min ago and he came home with 0 becouse they told him they were out. I think they are becoming lazy. An hour before you Close you should still have bread sticks. Will never go to them again

We tried the delivery service and while it was super quick the cheese bread we ordered was warm, dry, and hard, like it had been sitting in the heater for half an hour and decided to throw it with our order instead of making a fresh one. We tried calling them to have it fixed but nobody answered our call.

Ordered 5 pizzes. Only received 4. Tried calling NO ONE answered! Called 5 times!!! Drove to the store and 30 MINUTES LATER walked out with the missing pizza. No apologies NOTHING!

Too busy for only 3 people. Took very long time to get my order.

Never, ever hot and ready. And they don't want you to show anyone the evidence, lol. I'm pretty sure this is the worst LC in Indy.

The staff is great but they have the worst manger. I came in on two separate visits at night and the manager is always outside on her phone. The second visit was the worst because she had one of her cooks come up to the front to work the register. She had no experience and she began to cry when people wanted a refund. She was unable to do it because the manager refused to come up front. We waited about an hour for our order that was suppose to take 20 minutes. They need new leadership and the manager was sleeping in the car while her staff is overwhelmed with work.

This is based on one attempt at this establishment. The hot and ready pizzas they had were only deep dish and then the wait was over 30min. I think they may need to manage the weekend orders a bit better. They have since stepped their game up and the establishment is running smoother!
