Highly upset. Ordered my pizza over the phone. They mentioned it would be ready in 10 min. I showed up in 20 minutes bc I couldn't leave work right away. I go inside, no one is at the front counter. I waited a few minutes before someone came up front. Then they tell me they threw my pizza out because I was late?!?! I thought I provided them business, and they toss my food?! They probably were in the back eating it. I walked out and went next door and ate some delicious subway instead! At least they dont let me down. I'm just happy I didn't order online or pay ahead.

Their thin crust pepperoni pizza was/is delicious. Two weeks in a row fresh made. Mmmmmm good. I was buying the garlic dipping sauce with it. Some guy told them garlic butter on his pizza I said mine too. OMG it was so good!

Manager Jay is the sh...PIZZA!!! Haven't tasted the pizza yet...HOLD UP and the PizZa I mean PIZZA...PIZZA....oHHhh they got soul in the pizza culture. Add customer service=BEST DAMN pizza eXP ever!!!! I don't want to leave the LOT!

You really can't go wrong with lil C's. The pizzas are cheap and filling. The wings are cooked well and have good sauces. Did I mention that it's cheap?

It's ok, but the cheese and pepperoni pizzas are not always ready. Have to wait the majority of the time I go in to purchase one or the other.

Any out-the-door pizza depends on what time you get it. Best pizza here is weekdays, 4-7pm. Any later than that and Clark Avenue in general is "iffy" in every sense of the word. So far all the pizza I've gotten from this location has been good. The last was a little dry. If you're in a huge hurry and want it fast out the door, you can't be too picky. If you want it hot and fresh, hey, ask them to make it fresh. You're the customer. Ask nicely. Tell them you appreciate it and you're more than willing to wait.

on new years eve they wouldnt allow me to purchase the lunch special. i asked why he said bc its new years eve lol. mind you there werent any signs posted about it. i took my business else where

The store closes at 10 pm. Called in at 8:56 pm. They tell me the manager said they are not doing any call in orders. Only thing they can provide is the "Hot and Ready" items. Crazy! Over an hour before they close and they stop taking call in orders. Typically when you call in, they say it will be ready in ten minutes. So why can't they do this with an hour? Oh, they are probably trying to get rid of the old stuff to save money. Very disatisfied.
