The guy at the register had great customer service skills. Polite as well. However the kitchen was not only rude and disrespectful to the kid in front of customers which included a manager. They were slow. It took me 30 min to get a hot n ready. The cashier is the only reason I am going as high as 3 stars.

Great place for cheap and quick pizza. The pizza actually fresh and very hot. The bread sticks were pretty good. I recommend getting some of the garlic and/or ranch dip for the pizza and bread. The only bad thing about this place is it's usually very busy and there is No public restroom.

For a cheap pizza it's good. The crust is alright. The cheese and pepperoni are decent. If you need a lot of pizza it's a great deal.

Waited about 20 to 25 minutes for the extra cheesy pep pizza and was handed old bread sticks that was in the warmer. I also ordered cinnamon bites. The wait on both the pizza and bites was long but then to not have fresh hot bread sticks.... wth? Common since ALL HOT and FRESH if your making someone wait for it like I did!Soooo was there last week and ordered 2 pizzas through the portal and ohhhh my my was the supreme to die for!!!! I’m not a big pizza person but it was just amazing!Look at all the toppings!!!!This one should have gotten ten stars if it could have that many! They are getting better!So sad to report... ordered it again and nothing at all like this one!!! By far! It had maybe a tenth of the toppings the one in the picture had. I must have gotten a super family members pizza. Bet they was super shocked when they opened their box and got the one made the normal way!! Lol

They are always over packed and NEVER have any hot and ready the pizzas are never cut all the way through. It is never less than a 10 minute wait when we go. Unfortunately it's the closest one to us and with a family of 6 it is the cheapest for family night...

Cant go wrong with a $5 Pizza!!! I find it better than most others that charge double that for the same with less deliciousness! Unless you're at Sergies Pizzeria in Potsdam NY ... 😋

The staff is all on the younger side but very customer service oriented. With the manager on staff they had their music playing, but it was not edited, nor was it playing at a low volume. In my parent role, there with my 2 young children, I was not impressed. I'm sure the few other seasoned adults felt the same way- facial expressions tell all. I'm also NOT a fan of the pizzas being made without gloves by a yound fella in the back AND after being on his cell phone without washing his hands. Cell phones are one of the most germ infested things around. The 3 stars are only for the more than satisfactory customer service given to all customers during my visit
