The customer service here is absolutely terrible, and so incredibly slow. I have sat in the drive thru here for over 45 minutes on several occasions. After my experience at my last visit, it will undoubtedly be my last. When asked how long I would need to wait for a pizza, the employee said "I don't know" and left the counter. When she came back, she said about 15 minutes. I proceeded to wait in the lobby for 43 minutes before the pizza was ready. I understand the store was/is busy, but this is unacceptable. We have put up with the poor service for too many trips to this location. We will ABSOLUTELY not be visiting this location again, and I will try my hardest to stay away from the brand all together. That's a shame after being a loving fan of Little Caesar's for years, all around the country.

Never answers the phone, I do not have time to go stand in line to order a pizza. That's why there are phones, to call it in and then swing by and pick it up... very frustrating. Joe's pizza will get my business, they answer the phone and no app. needed to order, fast friendly and personal service. Bye Caesar.

Quick in and out. Always have cheese and pepperoni pizzas ready. Very nice staff and it has a drive through window.
