Great food and friendly service

food is great, however, the delivery service is awful. Almost every single time I order, it takes over an hour to get my food. At which point we have to reheat our food. It’s annoying & I wish it was more efficient.

Order two buffalo wraps with two sides of fries. What I got was a way too messy wrap covered all in buffalo sauce and chicken that was thin as paper and tuff to eat. And yes the fries were soggy and unappetizing. Never ordering from here again.

Only place in Dracut that my husband and I will ever order pizza from!! Have tried almost everywhere and I’ve been nothing but disgusted and disappointed! Staff is always friendly and professional and the pizza is really good! Only thing is delivery does take a little long but it’s worth it.

I called the shop at 4:17 so I could order supper for my mother-in-law before she went to work. I was told delivery would take an hour. That’s fine. That would give her about an hour to eat before having to leave for work. If they had told me they were backed up and it would be longer, I would have called someplace else. No big deal. 5:50 rolls up and still no food. I call up and I’m told it’s going to be another half hour. I ask for a discount as the person I ordered the food for isn’t even going to be here anymore. The girl just keeps telling me they’re backed up. That doesn’t solve the problem. If you’re going to be over an hour late, call and let people know or do something for them! F on customer service.

Just received order. Margherita pizza. Steak bomb on wheat and bacon ranch mac n cheese. Absolutely delicious and hot. Great!

Ate pizza and a sub from here, got me and my friend very sick I had to go to the er constant throwing up , then to the Boston hospital, Never eating from here again very disappointed 👎👎👎

Ordered an All-American Burger, well-done, with regular fries. Instead got a regular cheeseburger cooked medium-well with sweet potato fries. We also ordered a wrap with pickles and cheese, but it didn't come with any. The order was also slow to get ready and while we were picking it up someone else came in to say that they had gotten his order wrong as well.

I ordered delivery from here and as I was taking everything out of my bag, I realized they had forgotten my salad. I called them back and told them I had a salad missing from my order. The guy told me “we can give you credit for your next order. Just remind me then”. I was not happy with their customer service. My salad was my meal. He repeatedly asked me “but it’s just a salad” and I responded back with, “yes it’s a salad that I paid for, correct?” And he rudely asks if I would like for the delivery man to come back with my salad. Safe to say, we will never order from here ever again. Poor poor customer service. What a shame.

Awful. Just awful. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub, and Lisa's potato chips. Easy enough order, right?They forgot to put cheese on the parmesean sub for starters- it was only chicken and sauce. The chicken was overcooked and burnt, and the roll was a soggy mess from being drenched in sauce.The homemade potato chips were also burnt. There was SO much salt seasoning on them, it was inedible. The one chip I managed to find with out any seasoning was so overcooked it tasted like eating a piece of charcoal from the grill.I threw everything away. I hadn't ordered from Lisa's in well over 2 years. Figured I'd give them another shot. Big mistake. Never again. If you're still reading this, there are plenty of sub/pizza shops in Dracut, and all of them are marginally better than Lisa's. Good luck.

Just started going here with two orders in the last two weeks, both orders are spot on. Great place, and highly recommended!

My family used to order here every week, it was or go too place! Until tonight. Ordered food for my family at 510PM , food was delivered an hour and 10 minutes later... mind you I love not even 5 minutes down the road. I called, which I never call and complain. They guaranteed the food would be warm. Paid the driver, checked the good. It was cold. Called them because at this point I'd rather send it back. They say they're going to send the driver with the money.... 55 minutes later.... no one. That will be our last night ever ordering Here. So now I'm just waiting at home for them.. still 3 hours later. I would have rather went to market basket.

Sorry to say the food was no good. We ordered buffalo chicken wraps and fries. There was no sauce on the wraps and the chicken was burned to a crisp! Fries were stale and tasted old. I wanted to like this place but I can't recommend.

My pizza was 2 hours late. It was cold and fell into the corner. The person left in charge is not trained well and she was alone.
