Like going back in time. You forget what time of day it was when you go in, and have no idea what time of day it is when you leave. Very friendly crowd. Drink specials are second to none.

A great dive bar with a diner vibe. Also, parking in back! Feels like a small town bar when walking in as there are many regulars it seems like. I love the retro red diner seating!

One of the best bars in "greater uptown". No frills tiptoe between dive bar and Minnesota sports bar. Lots of good food and drink specials all the time!

You sort of have to expect that this is a classic dive bar. Cheap drinks and food. I had a fun time and the staff was very nice and professional with me. I would definitely come back. Not the type of place you go to entertain friends, but totally worth going with a couple close friends for an ultra casual evening.

Old school, trendy yet comfortable neighborhood bar with a great menu and draft beer selection. A classic!

Went for a couple of drinks, but we were refused service. It was our first stop, and we were stone cold sober.They denied my dad entry. I was 23...he was 27 years my senior. His ID had expired, so they would not serve a 50 year old. I appreciate their dedication to ensuring underage individuals do not compromise their business or public safety...but wow. There is a huge difference between enforcing the law, and being a control freak.Safe to say I won’t be returning.

What a great bar to have on Hennepin. Technically a dive bar; but clean and not gross at all. Every time I go, there are interesting and eclectic people. A mix of business people, neighborhood people, workers, and everything in between. The bartenders aren't always the most attentive; but they get it done. And the 2-fer-1's are a great deal. Updated bar-food menu is what you expect, and always solid. Good spot to drop in for one (which is two), and do some people watching. Who knows who you might run into?!?! A Minneapolis must-visit.

Very reasonable prices and great happy hour dinner deals during the week! It's nothing fancy, but not a dive either. Kind of an out-of-style decor, but still clean and friendly neighborhood bar with two pool tables, some pinball, darts, a couple TVs,etc.

Decent happy hours, laid back atmosphere, close to home.

Cheap dive with no windows and excellent happy hour.
