Lin's Chinese Cuisine

Staff is not nice. Ive never set foot in the place... when I ordered something for less than $10, the person at the register told me I couldn’t use my credit card. I told him this is not allowed by the credit card companies (limits), he said, “so report me”... nice huh? Never been there before and never will again... imagine that? In this day and age? With all the Chinese restaurants around? Turn away a paying new customer? I can’t wait to tell everyone how they treat new customers. If I could rate it less than one star I would.

Good food, nice venue for personal and business get together. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.

We love the food and staff. Food always fresh and made to order to accommodate dietary needs. Never had a bad dish. Food consistently great. There soup is awesome! We get wonton soup to go at least 3-4 times a week.

Be prepared to not only fill up on subpar food, but also the blatant racism that overwhelms the senses, and angers the soul. If I were you, the review reader, I'd go somewhere else. These people are garbage, and have no place owning, and operating a business. Not with how they speak to people of color. I'd give them zero stars if I could. To sum this up: STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Their hate and willful ignorance will hopefully be their downfall, and supporting such hatred is super ugly. Go support a business with morals and good business ethics.

This is the ONLY Chinese restaurant I will eat at in Alpharetta. Why?The owners are hands on and extremely analytical to the nth degree on quality, and cleanliness. The owners are hard-working professionals who deserve respect and operate a business. I do not eat at restaurants often as I am extremely critical of fresh food, cross contamination , kitchens, refrigeration,and restrooms. These owners are a class above as I do not give reviews but these people get it right. I read the reviews from the racist comments. Again, these are dedicated hard working people who deserve the upmost respect for their service to society. after 40 years of inspections I would think I know what I am talking about.

Been going to this place for 3 years ... the gentlemen are always nice... the lady .. notWent in last month after lunch rush.. she was rude upon entering... bought us cold greasy wonton chips.. when we asked for new ones, she abruptly stated .. that’s all we have!!! When our food came, my guests sweet and sour shrimp was over cooked and unappealing.... ( we know their quality) she became worse than before... when I asked a question, she ignored me and talked to my guests... I told her ... that’s it... we would never come back to this establishment... she angrily told me “To be nice!!” I paid for my food... and left for the last time!For quality cuisine and top notch deserving service try Yans Cafe 12890 N Main Street , Milton GA.... they also do Grubhub... Lin’s does not !I

Great food and service.

I've been going to Lin's for almost 10 years. The food is always fresh, hot, and very good. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Their General Tso's chicken is the best I have ever had.

Argued with us on the phone that our order was written down correctly even though it absolutely was not (we ordered items that they did not give us when we picked up) and they even repeated the order during the original phone call and it was correct the first time. They want to cheat people out of their money and even argued with us when we went back to pickup the food that they forgot to give us. They do not listen and are EXTREMELY rude towards customers that will not be returning now.

I enjoy the food! Have been a customer for over 10 yrs! The owners are nice people!
