The service and food here are just too inconsistent for me. Waitstaff are often relaxed and comfortable (aka. professional) when they are at the tables but I've caught them lambasting each other on more than one occasion. There appears to be some contention between employees that shows occasionally in the dining area. Seems to be a good amount of turnover in employment as well. The food is often as inconsistent. The menu changes sporadically. Food is not always cooked the same way. I've seen at least a few orders where outside contaminants (misc. plastics) have ended up on the plate. Leads me to assume a lack of good management.

Went here for late lunch and drinks after the Horseshoe casino. Awesome drinks....the $4.50 long island will knock you out! I ate the Philly steak at the recommendation of the bartender and was quite satisfied.nice downtown spot for drinks and bar food...they do it right! TONS of draft beer too!

It has great service! The waiters and waitresses are wonderful! I have been there many times because I just couldn't stay away! The food is very tasty but the pizzas are unbelievable! They also have great beers and over 24 taps! You won't be disappointed no matter what you order! It's a great place to go eat or have a drink while watching your favorite Cleveland teams!

My new boss introduced me to this place a couple of weeks ago and so far, so good. Excellent bar food and salads. I'll be watching some of the Cavs and Browns games here and will hopefully get to try the drinks.
