Since it opened, I have visited Limoncello four times. It is a welcome addition to the Federal Hill/Riverside/Locust Point neighborhood(s). The only upscale dining available in the area. We waited long enough. And the wait was worth it. I noticed a bar and staff change after my first visit. That was an upgrade. My most recent visit, everyone was at the top of their game(s). The happy hour appetizers are a great deal. The wine list offers an array of Italian and California options. The food is well thought out, presented thoughtfully and quite good. Given the choice of Cinghiale, Tagliata or Limoncello, I choose Limoncello. Cannot wait until the outdoor space opens.

Delicious food! And the service was outstanding. Next time I visit Baltimore, I'll definitely come back to try out the other dishes in the menu.

This was an amazing experience, Eugene was hands down the best server I ever had, his recommendations and his attention to what each individual person wanted was spot on every time. The food was done extremely well from presentation to taste everything was a great experience that will definitely have you come back. I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys good food with a great ambiance.

We walked to this new neighborhood restaurant as they were finishing up their third week. We were seated promptly on a busy Saturday night. Melanie, our server, was gracious and allowed us to settle in (we were 6). Nice cocktail menu, and we chose a variety. We ordered some appetizers before the drinks arrived. The cocktails were delicious (I had a variant on a margarita) and then the appetizers arrived, fairly quickly on such a busy night. Fresh mozzarella, a polpettone (Italian for large meatball), and others. Perfect. Our entrees came along nicely, after good conversation with Melanie about wine (her suggestion was delicious and a very good pairing with the food we ordered.

This is an upscale restaurant in Locust Point. It’s perfect for a business lunch or an evening out.

Great atmosphere, great drinks, amazing food! I'm mildly obsessed with the octopus appetizer. Super easy location, right off 95. Highly recommend!

Limoncello Baltimore is a contradiction. The space is upbeat but claustrophobic and the food is maddeningly uneven. Servers are simultaneously obsequious and condescending. The bar offerings are carefully curated but administered by an inattentive staff. There is great potential here that has yet to be realized.

My wife Kris and I attended the soft opening this past Wednesday. The restaurant is elegant and we liked the "Ciao" lighted sign on the ceiling. We were warmly received and enjoyed an over the top meal and personalized service. For those looking for a change from traditional Little Italy, Limoncello is the place to go!

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. Servers were very well informed, and the manager/owner (?) even stopped by several times to check on us, recommend especially good dishes, and chat about Italy. Food was crafted with care and blew our minds. Service and food quality was high even though it was restaurant week and very busy. Highly recommended!

Absolutely great looking place. Really liked my drinks. However, given all the rave reviews about this place, I was expecting more when it came to my meal. I had the large meatball, which was really well cooked and tasted good, but really was just a large meatball. For dinner, I had the A Genovese. It was okay, but not at all what I expected. It was fusilli pasta, as described, but the sauce was not really a sauce. It was literally meat and onions cooked together, with no red sauce or olive oil base. Service was good, no complaints there. But for the food and drink prices, I really expected more.

The food and limoncello transported us back to Italy and Limoncello will be our new go to Italian place in Baltimore. Highly recommend for anyone with dietary restrictions. I recently had to start the FODMAP diet and the GM Vincenzo worked with me to create a delicious meal that was safe to eat. Not only did he create a dish but he steered me away from another dish because without some elements it wouldn't have been the full experience. Everything we act was delicious and we can't wait to return.

Very good quality food. The octopus appetizer is awesome. They present it under a glass dome filled with smoke. Great presentation but better flavor. Veal chop millinese was tender crispy and delicious. My wife had the veal tortellini special that was served with a porchini mushroom sauce....very tasty. The home made limonchello is really good too. Our server was perfect and very attentive. Easy parking and access from 95. Great place serving great food.
