absoultly disgusting nasty cold food taste like it was microwaved had weird smell to the food i would rather eat school cafeteria food i cant say it enough the food tasted wretched bland no flavor taste like it was out of frozen section at grocery store but worse rubbery like literally like chewing on rubber tiny over priced portions stay away also the delivery driver tried to demand 10 dollar tip he was screaming wheres my ten dollar tip at my boyfriend before he even gave him the food the guy was a psycho we always tip but not to that lunatic

very disappointed. i ordered a sweat and sour chicken combination plate with a grab Rangoon ap. they were so late with the food it literally was almost an hour i kid you not. then everything was cold. the sweet and sour sauce wasnt even sauce it was a jello because it was so cold. i tried heating it up in the microwave and it didnt work i even tried heating it up on the stove and that didnt work. i called to complain and I had to ask that they send me a new sauce because its sweet and sour chicken not fried chicken that i ordered. the egg roll tasted more like cole slaw in a hard chewy shell and yes i do mean chewy. she didnt even offer me a new meal. i understand if your busy but if you mess up you should at least try to fix your mistake. never again.

I kept calling them and they would just hang up. I called them about 7 times until they would actually respond and realize it was someone who wanted to order

I was very surprised when i read other people's review's... We have tried different chinese food around the pawtucket/providence area and lili wok has been the best food we've had so far, i was very impressed. Food was tasty, prepared well, they have coupons, big portions and nicely priced. Alot of places cost a lot more for less food. I give them 5 stars.

They are hit or miss. Sometimes it is really good and other times, not so much. They do deliver so that makes up for it. You just need to know what to order because somethings are better than others.

I got the wrong thing in my order and when I called to ask for them to bring me my right food the lady gave me a ton of attitude, laughed at me, and told me I was stupid and wrong. Greeaaattt customer service you got there.

Whole family got food poisoning

I only bought the chicken rice soup and it was absolutely outstanding

Food was extremely bland and had the consistency that it was cooked in a microwave (rubbery). The food also came with no sauce (boneless spareribs and sesame chicken combo). Another problem i encountered was that the delivery drivers are also extremely lazy and make you come to them when its cold out. All in all i am not coming back to this place again, much better places around for the price. The only good part about this order was the Egg Drop soup which was surprisingly good, but other than that its just a microwaved rubbery mess!

The Food it’s horrible and taste old

Ordered food online at 10:30pm, received cold food at 11:45pm on a sunday night. Driver was completely clueless, boneless ribs were dry and had absolutely no sauce, no flavor just sitting in a small plastic bowl of grease, egg foo young was a greasy mess, the side of gravy had already hardened to jello before arriving. Well overpriced, small portions, never again. I'll work 12 hrs without dinner before I order here again.

I have had SEVERAL different issues with them....they have messed up my order at lest 4 times and they don't offer a refund or anything...other issue is that if they send the right order when I get the food it will be stale and not fresh!!!! And not to mention they are super overpriced!!!

This place is the worst place in Providence, when you order off the menu the prices are different when you have to pay. THESE PEOPLE ARE CON ARTISTS. I️ promise you that when they say dumplings are 6.45 they make you pay 8 WHOLE DOLLARS. I’m so sick DONT ORDER FROM HERE PLEASE
